On the Grind Coffee Company — Restaurant in River View Township

Sad I chose to come to this place I usually enjoy and order what I always do. Samoas, hold the mocha. I don't like the chocolate so I ask for it to be lft out. We do our order. I say I do not like chocolate, hold the mocha I prefer extra caramel and coconut. I asked for my sweet foam and ONLY caramel drizzle which we paid for. I get a 16Oz. Smallest you can get. She repeats my order back. My man waits for the coffees and I go to car. He brings me drink it's nothing but chocolate. I go back and say this isn't right this is supposed to be lots of caramel I hate extra chocolate. Tells me I gotta pay extra...I almost am at 11 dollars put into this wrong coffee as it is. I told her that's ridiculous that not what I ordered, takes my cup and says she will fix itand i wait. all for her to have me wait and give me it right bac not fixed. I didnt realize until we drove off. I tried to support this company over the other big 2 in town for this. Nah we're good over here. We will stick with the other coffee places in town...

I always go by the simple standard that if their black is good, then the place is great - and in this case the black is great, one of my new faves. Within walking distance and is now one of only a few locally owned coffee places that are actually OPEN every day LOL, not to mention a much needed option on this end of town. Will be going back and giving everything a good try like I always do, thanks OTG.

Wanted to also update that their Toasted Marshmallow OTG frap is as good if not better than anything that comes out of Starbucks. A lot of small coffee shops get fraps or lattes all wrong with the overpowering syrup, but OTG is doing something right for sure. New fave beyond just...

Like most businesses they were great in the beginning but now it’s hard to just get a consistent drink. You can order the same thing three times a day and get three different drinks. No I don’t get three different drinks a day, but I do go several times a week. It’s hit or miss. Close to done. Just make the Lotus drinks the same every time. They always taste different. You can tell when they hand it out that the color is off but it’s just not gonna taste like it should. EDIT: I tried. Photo is todays “vampire Bite” I guess no cream? It is either like this or all white....
