Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Riverdale Park

Ordered a small ice cream cake on a Friday for it to be ready on a Sunday at 10am. Arrive about 20-25 mins after 10am for pick up, only to find out they messed up my order and that it would take about 20mins for it to be ready. Might as well wait since I am already there. After 20mins, I go up to ask how much longer, I was told 5 more mins. At that point I’ve lost patience because It was for an anniversary gift and I was already late. Once it was finished I just wanted to get out of that place since it was already past 11 am. When I got home I saw that they didn’t put my custom message on the cake!! Never again am I ordering...

I usually come to this location with my family but last night was the worst. I kept coming around 8:30pm because the store hours indicated they close at 9pm. Only to be told that they were only serving coffee. I asked the employees (all 3 since they were standing up against the counter on their phones and talking to one another) why was the Baskin Robbins side closed only for one of them called "Jessica" tell me that they did that to be able to clean up on time because they close at 9. I told them they still had half an hour left and she said that's what they were supposed to do. Really...

Horrible, do not go here go the extra mile and head to the one in Greenbelt or Queens chapel. They do not have a variety of ice creams and when you want a smoothie they have an excuse “oh we don’t have this or that” 😑 So what’s the point of being open if you guys don’t have the ingredients that you need??? And costumer service please; if you don’t want to work or do what your suppose to do please quit and work in a place that doesn’t require you to interact with...
