Not sure what describing this as "healthier" is based on & what food (McDonalds? A dumpster?) Mr. Everything could possibly be healthier than. This food is greasy, salty, and not fresh, & hygiene is questionable. Walk in and the front floor is sticky, & back floor is slippery with grease. Cleanliness is not their fortĆ©, but neither is the food. After waiting over 45min for 5 entrees for our work team, we were antsy & underwhelmed. The bread on my reuben was plain old wheat sandwich bread, not rye as stated, not toasted/grilled, very wet and soggy. The pastrami/ corned beef was minced up into chips & shards like discards left at the bottom of the barrel, unlike any reuben I have ever eaten. I had tried to order a side salad & was told "no" as they were out of the correct size clamshell containers. It could not be served on a plate, as part of a larger box, or any other way, as we were eating in? So I asked if I could get some tomatoes on the side instead, thinking they could just put a few slices on my plate. Well, there was no plate, just a paper-wrapped sandwich in a bag & I got slimy, sour/twangy, half-spoiled chopped tomatoes in a...wait for it...side salad-sized clamshell (that they said they didn't have). Had to toss them in the trash after tasting them & I still got ill later. In retrospect I'm glad I did not get an entire salad of expired veggies because I would've just wasted more $$ & gotten sicker. All told, it was $96 for 5 people to eat a simple low quality lunch (3 sandwiches, 2 rice bowls, 3 drinks, and a cake slice), and a side of gastroenteritis for me š¤¢...

Because I've eaten here before, I know that everything is made to order, so I didn't expect my food to come super quick. However, the time I was given was 6:07, then as it got close to that time it changed to about 6:30 and then yet again to almost 7:00...almost 2 hours after I've ordered...RIDICULOUS! At this point, I decided I would call the restaurant to see what the actual time would be. I called SEVERAL times and no one would ever pick up the phone. This is totally unacceptable. I understand that they do get busy, but to not even answer the phone is just horrible on their customer service. I am very big on good customer service and even though I enjoy the food, I do not think I'll be patronizing them anymore. This review is a direct reflection of their customer service and not the actual food. For the time I waited, I could've left my house and picked up something.
Update: So after trying to call AGAIN for about 15-20 minutes, someone finally picks up the phone. I tell her my issue, and she puts me on hold for TEN MINUTES! No exaggeration...and she never came back to the phone. I hung up. Called Ubereats to cancel and magically while I'm on the phone with them the food is FINALLY on the way. I don't mind a wait, but 2 hours? Unacceptable. I've used Ubereats before, so I think the problem lies solely with the restaurant...

They hadn't even had their final inspection to be able to serve food so the health inspector made us leave the food until he finished his job once open the owner abd his wife gave us our food free of charge... Fast forward. Years later after patronizing the MLK location on sever visits we have the 138 location. I was so excited!!! A Mr. Everything on my side of town. Omar & the young lady with rhe nails... š”š”š”. Today I had a taste for one of those good ole grilled chicken salads. I ordered the salad and a foot long philly... 29.42. The menu was secured to the counter and the cashier didn't mention that the meat is an upcharge. A menu that vertically challenged people can actually read would be nice. The wait time is outrageous. I asked for a refund before my order had even been pulled from the fridge and was told by Omar that there was no way their register could refund the money to my card. AND this location offers credits instead of refunds. WHERE THEY DO THAT AT? (I know ... my language. I apologize) More importantly... This bit of information is NOT visible for the customer. I feel like I have been pressured to purchase a meal that I waited an hour for. I WISH I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS FOR THIS...
