The flavors of the ribs are good but their portions are small even micro in some cases.

3 small ribs for a Rib Plate, so this time I tried the Rib Tips because the pictures advertised looked to be large portions. Only to get them and they were literally micro cut rib tips. I have NEVER seen rib tips so small. Some were small like Popcorn LOL! So, the fact that they cut them so small says that they tried to make a little bit look like a lot and they are not actually giving you nice size or even average portions for the top dollar they are charging.

The Banana Pudding was like melted ice cream. The Banana Pudding was "Drinkable."

The Mac and cheese is just a puddle of cheese that hides some pasta with bland seasoning.

The Collard Greens weren't even finished cooking and they served them ANYWAYS! I mean it was VERY noticable that they served the collards under cooked! They still were crunchy LOL

It makes me wonder why a business would ever let this product go out to the customer and they KNOW it's not right? Why would you if you have pride in your food and product? Why would you SERVE it ANYWAYS?

This is a case of Y'all would rather make money and disappoint your customers; rather than throw it away and start over and take pride in the product your putting out.

We spent $60 on our food this time. This was maybe our 3rd time ordering from this location and it will definitely be our LAST! The COST does NOT justify the product that you receive!

My review is for the customer service i received and i spent $160 here. First off every slab having the same amount of bones 10 bones to be exact is a red flag! Because you’re not giving me what I’m paying for in reality. A whole slab is 12 bones St. Louis style leaves end pieces that aren’t perfect. Then the customer service i got from this girl was horrible and she blamed it on being in there day in and out. I own my own business and i don’t complain to my customers about giving good service you get that automatically. Then i order 30 wings they had 23 instead of her saying well you just order 3 slab the 3 extra wings we got is on us she tried to charge me individually. Like Noooo! This place has good food and this was my second time coming i live in Duluth and to get this service I’ll search elsewhere for good BBQ before i let someone give me bad service. I know this company will still do good but with whoever running the front at night, nah! Will be running customers away! Just lost me with that. I ask to taste a sauce and that was a problem. The food was not that great. The rib tips were well seasoned and smoked. A lot of fat instead of meat though. The green beans had a sweetness to it. Not sure who adds sugar to beans. The mac and cheese had a weird flavor. My guess would be Accent seasoning. The yellow rice was clumpy sitting under the meat. The mustard sauce was good. The other one tasted like too much brown sugar was in it. I was also missing cutlery and napkins. I was so excited to try it only to have my appetite ruined for the evening. Wasted $30 on dinner. Skip altogether.

Edit: I'm not sure why the restaurant even wasted time responding. I will NOT be returning especially considering the fact their food was inedible but yet they still got paid for sending me that mess. PLEASE DON'T...
