Subway — Restaurant in Riverside

This is always been our main Subway here in Dayton. We went in there as usual we go once a week and I had a coupon for my two footlongs get one free. The young girl they have in there now refuse the coupon said they have a new menu and don't take the coupons. We asked her about our coupon not saying that they would not take him for all of their menus items, she said only one or two items they could use the coupon for which we did not want those items. Our coupon did not say anything about not being able to use a new menu. Our coupon just said buy two get one free, she refused to use it. So we asked her do you want our business or do you not and she said I do not. We left went to the one up on needmore road, we had no problem using it there. I don't know what happened to the previous staffing that you all had there and the management but this store has went downhill really bad every time we go in there we never see...

So I had made an online order about 8:30pm for pick up. Ended up running out of cold cut meat. So we had to cancel the order. Unfortunately the girl was newer and didn't understand how to cancel it so we were charging for the order. I contacted the Manager Jason a few days later & he took care of our order! When I got in the subway tonight they were the young lady and they're into bigger hurry wanting to get out there at 9 and she kept wanting to wring me out before I even had more order setup then when I got my order done I asked her for my points and she told me she couldn't give them to me I had to go online and get them if I thought she was that big of a hurry I wouldn't have stopped so she could get out there.
