I was not so pleased with the drive- thru at this Taco Bell... In fact I was amazed how slow this drive thru was. The person a young teen. Took my order, I had asked a few question pertaining to the menu, he seemed annoyed. The people who were working in the back were, I'm sorry really slow. No apologies at the window. NO hello, No greeting... I asked for extra hot sauce, he told me it was in the bag. I looked and asked for more. He told me there were all out of mild, they had extra hot , or some other sauce. I said ok give me like 18..I myself put 3 to 4 hot sauce package on my tacos. So does my friends, who were waiting for me to get the food. Whoever trained the night crew, they need to get them to push the orders up more quickly. Drive thru people need re- training, along with whoever was in charge that night. People do not like to be stuck in a no moving line... Not even a Thank You .... So whoever is running this Taco Bell, I do hope you see this. I have worked in fast foods, cafeterias, hospitals.. So I do know about customer service.. Your drive thru was terrible. People you had working that night, not on point at all...Whoever was in charge unacceptable.....

   Read moreUsed Mobile app to order food at to have it picked up at 1:30. Went and there was no one in line but they were "very busy" there was no one in the drive thru nor the check in line inside. The girl brought my food that they made when I put in the order. It was sitting out for two hours and the drinks were sweating from condensation and flat. I told her the pick up was for 1:30 she said they could put it in the heat rack for 10 minutes. I was very bothered they did not offer to make me a fresh batch but at the moment I needed to go since I am on a timed lunch. I opened the bag to find soft flimsy crunch tacos and soft tacos that were soggy. She even said they were ready to throw it away. But did not bother to offer fresh ones knowing they had been there for a while. Very disappointed and called customer service to file a complaint. I'll make sure if I order...
