I went through drive thru for a couple of milkshakes and two strawberry lemon biscuits. I was the only customer inside and out. They asked me to pull around and wait for my milkshakes and I obliged. Then I watched another lady pull up behind me, while all of the employees walked through the lobby, talking. After five minutes, the lady behind me got out of her vehicle to go in to see what was taking so long with HER milkshake. A few minutes later, I walked inside where the other lady was still waiting for the cashier to make her shake. The cashier didn’t as much as speak to either of us while I was in there. She made my shakes, never even as much as acknowledging my existence. When she did finally look at me, she looked at me like I was the problem. Now, I understand having a bad day, I’ve had plenty. However, I have worked at several Hardee’s locations all throughout the southwestern part of virginia and I’ll be damned if I’d have ever acted like that towards a customer. Mage told me only one scoop of gravy. Ask for refund and was ignored. The Hispanic cook offered to make things right the mgr told her to do what job and ignore me. After the people I was with finished there meal the mgr ask for my receipt. I told her that I did not have it and pointed to the woman that took my money. She said no receipt no refund. I told her it might be in the trash can that employee thru the gravy. In a smart answer she said that all you need to say. She then told me to never come back. I guess Hardee’s policy is that if you disagree they ban you. My group have been eating there 2 day a week for the past 13 years. What happened to the customer is always right. Shame on...
Read moreOn 5/30 I came through the drive through at 10:50am order a super sausage biscuit and the egg was running with egg whites not cooked an because I work an live on the other side of town I couldn’t make it back that day nor was I told when I called to complain I was told the manager that was there was from another store and he would not be there when I came back for a replacement of food but to come with my receipt and let the manager on duty know and my meal should be replaced!!! Well I went today and was told I had to bring the food back to get a replacement two days ago…rude around with raw eggs YUCK not to mention if that was the case an it wasn’t lunch time 10 mins later I would have went back and got a new well cooked egg and biscuits smh customer service and well cooked food is a MUST to avoid food poison...
