I have ordered from this restaurant many times before and have noticed the quality of the food has gone down. Usually fast service, but employees always sound angry. I understand there is a language barrier, but I do expect in ordering from a restaurant if someone lets you know there is a food allergy, that is important. When ordering for a group of staff, one order arrived with peanuts (after stating peanut allergy). Delivery person kept asking for payment on that order and staff asked if the order could be corrected first, since it could not be eaten. Delivery staff was supposed to fix the order and re-deliver meal. After waiting 40 minutes (restaurant is only blocks away), call placed to see how long re-delivery might be. The woman that answered was very angry and stated they would not fix the order and would not re-deliver either. (Our facility orders every weekend from this restaurant, but will not be any longer.) I let him know I was going over to Food Lion which is basically in the same parking lot to get cash and he said ok. I asked him to fix the food and I would be right back. I stood at the counter when I got back and he nodded and said ok.I sat down to wait I waited for 22 minutes while I watched 2 men eat their dinner. 2 guys from the barber shop came in and purchased sodas.
