Rincon Catracho — Restaurant in Roanoke

Customer service was very bad. We walked in and didn’t know what to do if we needed to sit or was there a host to sit you. So we called while standing in the front door on what to do. A waitress answered and said to take a sit wherever so we did. The waiter I think has no idea of what to do. We asked for mango juice…… it tasted like water with a yellowish color to it. So we asked for water and a guacamole……. He comes back a few minutes later and states there’s no avocado….. we go ahead and place our food order……. We waited…… and waited…… more people came in and placed their order…….. got their food …… us WE ARE STILL WAITING…….. the guys that came in after us were done eating and US STILL WAITING…….. until another guy asked us what we ordered and said he would take care of us !! That was correct as soon as he got our order we started receiving food an hour later ! Our waiter came and apologized because he took our order just never sent it to the kitchen…… the food was pretty good…. But not worth the wait ! And not only that when it came to pay oh he was nice enough to “not charge us our drink” oh thanks…..! Would not...

Horrible service! I love Honduran food so because I saw this restaurant with such great reviews I decided to try it out with my husband and our 3 children for Mother’s Day. Worse decision! We walked in and it was empty. We were happy because our 4, 3 & 1 yr olds were hungry so I was sure it wouldn’t take super long. We placed our order and sat patiently waiting. 2 other groups came in, were seated and their orders were taken. Between 20-25 minutes later the 2 other groups received their orders. We waited another 25 minutes and that’s when our food came out. Cold, at that! We told our waitress and she brought the owner. Not one care given. Not an apology, nothing. No concerns whatsoever! Horrible customer service. The waitress came back apologized although it was not her fault (as she said as well). We paid for our food and gave our waitress a nice tip just for her sincerity but we would never spend another dollar there again. The food taste good but way too cold to enjoy eating. I will never recommend this place. Maybe other people had great experiences but ours were not at...

Food was amazing we loved it. Unfortunately due to the server we will not return! Although she wasn’t a good server to begin with my husband was still going to tip her well. she then decided it was ok to tip herself. She hit the button before getting to us with the tablet refused to let us see then when talking it over with someone was laughing like we weren’t sitting right there. My husband went and spoke to the manager im guessing while she ran and hid. He did fix the bill for us but still seemed as if he really didn’t care. She wound up not receiving a tip at all because of this! She also tried to rush us with our orders and looked at us as if we were crazy for trying to figure out what we wanted! Like I said food was amazing...
