Have gone twice to the Roaring Spring Arby's and twice have not received sauces. I order on the app and go through the drive-thru for pickup. Unlike other apps you can't add sauces to your order. The first time I went the food was handed over and I was not asked if I wanted sauces. I assumed they were in the bag. There were no sauces in the bag. The second time, wiser, I specifically asked for sauces and was told quote "they should be in the bag". I drive away only to find, once again, there are no sauces in the bag. I went and rage bought bottles of Arby's sauces from Walmart because I was already caught up in traffic and it was too much hassle to turn around and go back for a few packets of sauce. I bought a $50 gift card some time ago……..for 3 weeks the window worker has refused my gift card as “our store cannot accept gift cards at this time!” I reminded her it’s been several weeks since the cards were accepted. I asked for a refund on my card for the remaining balance. The gal said they couldn’t do that. Regarding this nasty, ongoing experience. I suppose i will use the Altoona, PA store.
