Burger King — Restaurant in Roaring Spring

Last 4 times I went here we hafto heat up our food because it's cold and soggy... Being that we don't live to far it's deff not getting that cold in the 1 minute drive back home. Food taste like it's microwaved. I love the food and im sure this doesn't happen day to day. And I also understand they are probably short staffed and it's tough. But I believe after the 4th time of having a problem in a row I need to say something ... Not to mention the 2nd time I had an issue when a lady rudley grabbed my money out of my hand, and then we received our food with mayo covering the wrapping.. The supervisor at the burgerking in roaring spring was horrible and should be fired. Went through drive thru ordered with coupon and threw the coupon in my bottle to throw away. At the window she said I needed to give her the coupon. I've been there tons of times and not one time did they want the coupon. She wouldn't serve me the prepared food lol. So instead of saving a few cents she'd rather throw the whole meal away. What kind of non sense is that. She could've let me paid for it then said next time please have ur coupon.
