My first and last time coming here!! I asked for a turkey bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. I wasn't aware that I needed to ask for bread to be toasted. I realize after seeing the receipt. I question the male associate on the cash register and he had an attitude for no apparent reason. Again my first time here!! I told the male associate again it is my first time here and that I wasn’t aware, and he was unreceptive to me saying that!! VERY snotty and off-putting of an employee you have!!! I am disappointed with the attitude of the owner, I always order a toasted bagel open face with extra cream cheese, but because the employees often change, so today after my order I received a classic bagel without extra cream cheese and the owner came to my complaint and told me to explain and learn his new employees what is an open face bagel and extra cream cheese, which I think is his job as a bagel shop owner, then he told the new employee what it is but the result was not good and on top of that the owner charged $2 more per bagel .
