Often I only write reviews when I feel it’s needed. Today I went to this Dunkin as I do most mornings and was greatly disappointed.When I got to the locations I saw there was a line greater than 6 people in the drive thru, I did what anyone would do and went into the lobby as there were 3 cars waiting after ordering and three cars waiting behind the person who was waiting to be attended to after waiting a couple minutes. The lobby was closed in which there was no indication they were closed until I pulled the door ( there wasn’t even a sign) and I as knocked because maybe they forgot to open the door, a lady started waving they weren’t open. Because I needed something in my stomach asap I got in the line, trust me I would have left as I was late to work because of this. At this point I was getting frustrated because it was going on 10 minutes I had waited in line. I asked the lady taking my order why the lobby was closed after I asked what time the lobby is suppose to open… she legitimately started laughing at me. This got me over the edge because it’s a fair question when often people are getting coffee before work and it’s part of their job to answer a question that pertains to the location. When I got to the window the woman who took my order didn’t say anything to me what so ever, not even telling my total or saying goodmorning. When she laughed at me I just drove to the window and didn’t say anything to receive this treatment. She got mad I asked why the lobby was closed…. She was the one in charge which was clear with two younger individuals running food and drinks… you should probably answer properly and not being you’re overwhelmed. After I payed she shortly gave me my food but then proceeded to not give me my drink as it was done and started making other drinks. This is when I got angry because it was 15 minutes at this point. Do you know how ridiculous that wait is? Starbucks is even faster than that and they have a larger line often. I told her to give me my drink it was 15 minutes when she told me there’s one of her… then say your understaffed from the get when I asked why the lobby was closed instead of laughing at me. I would have understood this, being understaffed it hard but this reaction was beyond ridiculous. I went around 6:30am. Hopefully you can retrain this lady because I promise you I wasn’t disrespectful enough to get that treatment...
Read moreThis location used to be great. Whether it’s staffing issues or what, these last few months, they are hardly ever efficient. On some days they seem to have adequate staff and the wait time is not extremely long. But most days, they seem understaffed and the staff that are there work at a slow, laborious pace.
Today, I ordered with one car already at the window. I only waited about a minute before they took my order. Then it took about 5 minutes for the person in front of me to get their single drink. Then I pulled up. They took my payment through the app immediately, then sat there for (not exaggerating when I say this) 15 minutes outside the window. All I ordered was omelette bites and a regular iced coffee. In the meanwhile, 3 cars behind me left the line (after they already ordered). I asked for a refund, but the two younger staff said they didn’t know how to do that. Finally a manager came and said he was going to take care of my order now. I asked him for a refund instead and left.
I saw only one person in the store so I assume it was online orders that they were prioritizing. Until they figure things out, I’ll be using the other one up the road as...
Read moreI’m just leaving the store now after placing my order at 9:26 without my order 15 minutes later. I had ordered a caramel craze latte with skim milk. The young man making my order told me that they did not have skim milk, and I said I did not want it he proceeded to make other orders. The young woman whose name I did not get, but was referred to as the shift leader was so busy having a conversation with another customer about him giving her a PBA card and trying to find a pen that was appropriate for him to sign it with that my situation was completely ignored. When I finally asked almost 10 minutes later If I was still going to get my drink - Perhaps they had gone to get skim milk - or if they were going to give me a refund, she was unable to process a refund back to my account. I don’t know who made her a shift leader, but you may want to reconsider That decision. I wasted almost 15 minutes of my time to walk out of there with Nothing. I have always enjoyed this Location and will drive past others to get here, but never again. Three people behind the counter And not one of them...
