Wawa — Restaurant in Robbinsville Township

Don't know why people keep leaving 1 star reviews, people are just grumps that can't handle a human being making a mistake on their order. Staff is super friendly, the cleanest Wawa I've ever been to, and I almost never have to wait longer than a few minutes for my food when I'll be waiting for 10+ minutes at other Wawas (mostly because this wawa doesn't seem to get as much business as others). You can tell staff actually cares about getting the orders out quickly and keeping the store clean. My only problem is that there is no service here at all so the app takes forever to load and you can't take a phone call. The drinks are the best around. The food is just okay for the most part, but not bad. The gobblers are the only thing I'd say are fantastic. When this Wawa first opened up it was terrific for about a year my family used it all the time, and it's by far the closest Wawa to my house. However, over the last 6 months in this Wawa has gotten steadily worse, if you need cigarettes prepare yourself for a 5 to 30 minute wait for a cashier, you shouldn't order any food from this Wawa because the deli staff has no clue how to make anything if for somehow they manage to get your order correct it's going to taste awful, and they are constantly running out of the same products daily so clearly the manager has no idea how to order based on what sells in the store. The only bright side is that they have a new night manager who is very kind and graciously refunded our money after our last failed attempt of ordering food. I’ am a loyal WAWA customer for a long time - not happy with the service in Robbinsville. On 3 Occasions I’ve gone in for coffee they have 4 thermos of regular coffee, all but one has closed signs and the one that is supposed to have it is always empty. The response is - your going to have to wait, This past time - I stood there for over 5 minutes waiting for the person to make special order coffees I asked her if she could switch out the empty for the full - she made me wait another 5 minutes only to go over and realize it wasn’t made and told me I had to wait - I’m done - will go to Starbucks or DDs the next time - usually the employees are friendly and helpful but not in this...
