McDonald's — Restaurant in Roberts

As a long time McDonald's CUSTOMER, AM I wrong for rating the store? Now, with SOCIAL MEDIA, there is this option!! I can remember my first order of FRENCH FRIES!! The way in which I eat MY fries has not changed in 45 years!! They are the best part of any FAST FOOD meal in MY opinion! So, now to this restaurant here in Western Wisconsin. Bag Bad Bad, when I look over behind the counter towards the food prep area (fry station), because my order is next. What do I see, the person that took my order (MANAGER), eating a fry of of the bin!! Come on man!! Your the manager, right, you should know better, but!! With social media you can grade a company's PERFORMANCE!! LOVING IT!! A customer's it is nice to be able to see what is happening with a particular company/ organization before we DECIDE to spend OUR hard earned form of exchange. Understand i AM not here to hurt anyone/ any business, but give my OPINION, we as customers have that option now. I want what I paid for, otherwise do not advertise tasty food and serve dung. REVISED: After contacting their corporate office I was contacted by the general manager of the McDonald's who apologized and promised tomato things right. Thank you for being responsive.

Restaurant has a prominent sign saying masked were required and that all unmasked customers should use the drive through. I went in with my daughter. When an employee finally came to the front I pointed out their sign and the two unmasked customers waiting in the lobby. The worker blew me off and walked away, without taking my order. I decided to go through the drive through. As it was the manager served us. Is told what happened, and she said that her county doesn’t mandate masks. I have been here twice in the last two weeks I'm the morning for Breakfast. Last week it was just me standing out front in the lobby waiting for my food it was a 20 minute wait time for me just to get my food and there was only three vehicles in the driveway. Came back this morning after picking up a load from County Landscape products and there was a line of 5 people ahead of me and the service was very slow had to wait again for another 20 minutes then when I finally got my number called they told me there would be another 15 minute wait because they were out of Biscuits so I had to order something else instead. Not happy and I'm a regular around here due to work purposes. Food is fine but service is way to slow. I suggest getting more staff in the morning. I'm very...
