Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Rochester Hills

Being raised in Indiana, I was excited to hear Rochester Hills was getting a Papa Johns. Then I started ordering from the Rochester Hills Papa Johns. The first time I ordered from this location, there was a hair in my pizza and the only compensation they would offer was a small percentage off my next order. Why would I want to order again when hair is a topping? The second time, I ordered delivery to my school and the female delivery driver got nasty with me after I came outside to meet her because "I didn't give them enough details on my residence" even though the info WAS PRINTED ON MY PIZZA BOX. The other night I had received an email for 50% off any pizza ordered through their website (which is terrible). Three different devices and 45 minutes later, the order with the promo code still wouldn't go through so we called up there only to be told they couldn't honor the code and that it had to be done online. So finally it goes through and we get there and no employees are to be found. When we did get our pizza, I thought the crust may have been a little under-cooked but didn't think much of it. Horrible customer service! I placed an order online and when it came my delivery driver ran off with my change because he was not listening. So instead of a $5 tip he took a $16 tip. That's not the worst part! One of my pizzas were horribly made and I was going to give the benifit of the doubt even my money was taken but it was just inedible. So I call the store asking what an be done about it and the rudest manager was basically yelling at me for being dissatisfied with my order. Telling me she never had my order, I'm calling after hours (which was not true in one bit) Smh. Her name was Rooke or Rook or Ruke. All I know is she needs to be fired. Long story short, I ended up having to go into the store and she was still giving me problems about the pizza that I paid for and that was a problem. Saying her store owner doesn't replace pizzas. It is a shame this location stayed open, and the Troy store closed. The staff here is extremely rude. The woman at the counter purposefully ignored me for over 5 minutes while I watched my pizza cool sitting on the back counter. Finally, another customer came in, and even though I was standing directly at the counter, the woman helped this new customer first... seriously? So rude. She seemed to know him, which makes it so much worse from a customer service stand point. The pizza wasn't made well, and the breadsticks taste like cardboard.
