Aroma Joe’s — Restaurant in Rochester

This Aroma Joes is usually my go to but my last visit was the night of Rochester fireworks (July 10th). I want to say the female working was about 16 years old but I’m unsure. As you know, this chain coffee shop doesn't stay open any later than 9pm. I came for a drink around 8:30 and there was a few cars in the line so I decided to run to the store and come back which I then arrived back at about 8:45. Right as I went to tell the young girl my order she snapped back at me and said “we don’t have any ice right now”. I then asked “well can you make the drink without ice?” And her response to me was “well we don’t have ice and I don’t feel like going over and grabbing any”. I’m not one to jump and leave reviews like this because I know what it’s like to have a bad day and close, I get it you want to go home. I just feel like there should be no reason as to why I was not served when it was 15 minutes...

Had a very bad experience here this morning..3 teenage girls working were playing loud music and swearing up a storm while working with my 2 year old son right there in my car. Asked for a iced coffee black with just milk.. received one with sugar as well.. not a big deal people make mistakes..I already drove off and had my boyfriend go ask them to kindly remake.. the girl shut the door in my boyfriend's face and said get back in line I'm off the clock.. so I then went up to the door and the young girl with glasses who made mine anwsered and started yelling at me to get back in line.. I was already waiting 20 min and there were a ton of cars in line and she wouldn't even give me a 3$ refund.. I just left because I was just so fustrated they allow them to treat customers...

OK I have always been a fan of aroma Joes. I use to come 3x a days until the past three months. I have been to this location. The one in East Rochester and the on Gonic rd. All of their quality coffee has gone downhill. I used to get a flavored coffee with five creams one sugar. Now it is like water. Today I went through I ordered and ice amaretto coffee one cream one sugar and it had absolutely no color. It was pure watery milk.3% coffee. I watched her make it. She took about the size of a shot glass in a large glass and then just poured milk in it . I have given it three months to improve and the quality of coffee just gets worse. As of today I will never go back again. I will go back to Dunkin and Starbucks or I actually get coffee not...
