My husband and I went through the drive thru. We waited about 10 minutes before we got to the microphone to place our order. When we go up there the guy inside said "There's only 2 of us here, you'll have to wait 5-10 minutes before we can take your order. The only other car there was the one in front of us, but we agreed to wait. When they finally came back to take our order, we asked for a crispy chicken wrap and we're told, they couldn't make that. Next we asked for a chocolate shake and was told they couldn't make that either because they "took that away". Not sure what that meant. So we asked for a double whopper and double cheese burger along with a medium mango strawberry lemonade. I watched him back the lemonade. It was supposed to have muddled fruit in it. Not! He put some kind of powder in the cup and then poured tap water from a gross plastic pitcher into it gave it a little stir and that was it! When he handed it to me I didn't see any ice in it and it felt room temp. I said can you please put ice in it? He said there was some in it. I opened the cup and there was actually only 2 chips of ice and it was warm. So I asked him for a cup of ice because it was warm. The guy got really mad and started yelling stuff about how he can't give me ice. Then he started hacking away at the ice machine and filled a cup of ice. I have never seen anyone throw such a fit just because I couldn't drink the Powdered drink warm!! Nastiest customer service ever. I'll never go back there after being treated like that and seeing the way he made that drink with rusty colored water! They also didn't put one lousy napkin in the bag but there was no way I was going to ask for Napkins since I was afraid of how he would act if I did. Save your money. Who knows what the hell was in my drink plus they refuse to make most items on the menu. The 3 items we did buy cost us almost $17.00!!! That's just BS. Read moreI ordered three hash browns and then asked about the fountain drink I couldn’t quite tell if it was just a dollar from where I was in the car by the order box and she said oh no- so I said never mind. As I pulled forward I could clearly see it said 16 oz fountain drink 1.00. As I pulled up to window I asked again and she said it’s not in her computer and I said it’s on your sign I’d like a 1.00 Diet Coke. She said no we don’t have that and She started getting snappy and she said I change that sign every day it’s not on there. Quite a sassy attitude and I said I’ll go take a picture- she said u do that. So I did and came back around and showed them their sign clearly has 1.00 16 oz fountain drink. At this point another employee came to the window and said we don’t have that in our computer even though I was showing her the picture. I said I would like a dollar Diet Coke and she said I can ring up an icee and give you a Diet Coke- I said that works and that the other lady should apologize for lying to me and being so rude. And that other employee started in saying I should apologize to her and other sassy words standing behind this Kristi person. I hate to complain especially in this day of not enough food service workers- but these two acted as if I was a bother, Unreal behavior even after I went around to take the picture, and that’s why I’m taking the time to post this review hoping their manager or the owner will see what is happening, maybe even you have a camera and can see also. Read moreWARNING!!!! It's Burger King so you can't expect much but the least you can expect should be common decency. An hour before closing they were apparently closed.. no sign or anything so we knocked to get the woman in the lobby mopping attention she blatantly ignored us. when we finally got her to turn around and address us she called to the other woman in the back to came and glared at us. We drove around to the drive thru, I addressed them via the intercom "hello?..... hello?.... Hel?" was interrupted by " you need to leave and not come back" to which I responded "I'm sorry". She repeated herself and expressed they closed early. So I asked why there was no sign or anything to notify the public. after rudely calling me names and repeating that I wasn't welcome, I asked for her name ( which she refused to give me) and expressed that I would be calling corporate as well as her manger. Corporate was no help and offered to send me a coupon... I don't eat Burger King.... my son does and wanted to try the special chicken fries. I called the manger the next day and he was nice and apologetic. However, apparently this is a normal behavior for this employee. So needless to say service at this Burger King is worse than most; save your self...
