I hate talking down about restaurants in anyway what so ever, but my families and I's experience we had here was by far the worst I've had ever. We had all ordered blizzards and shakes, adding up to 6 different deserts. 6 separate deserts is bigger order compared to others, so I completely understand the struggle with remembering and completing it all while also juggling other customers orders. We got only 5 of our deserts, which is again understandable, so we went back up to tell them the mistake so we could all eat together. Que 15 - 20 minutes later, everyone in my family except the person who didn't get their desert had finished, and there was no word on our missing dish. We proceeded to wait another few minutes in line to atleast ask for credit back if we weren't going to get that part of our order. Though when we got back up, we mentioned that this part of the order hadn't ever been given too us, and that we'd like a refund on that part of it because we didn't plan on eating there anymore, the worker that we had consulted completely ignored the rest of what we had too say and completed our order despite our wishes. I understand bad days at work, but this was a terrible experience. Not to mention a simular situation had happened to another costumer who was in line with us. They had gotten the wrong order of food, and returned it opened go the counter. The worker had fixed their order, though they gave the mixed up order that had already been opened to the next customer, which is I'm pretty sure an extreme health and safety issue. I'm sorry to say that I will not be coming back here. an additional thought I forgot to mention earlier in the paragraph is that none of the tables nor chairs seemed to be cleaned either. As a restaurant worker myself, it's disappointing...
Read moreWhen it first opened, this was a great DQ. Now, they’ve settled into complacency. They are now staffed only by children. The last 3 orders have all been messed up. One was an order for sauced and tossed buffalo chicken strips and they gave me BBQ - with a buffalo sauce cup. In other words, they realized they messed up but didn’t care to fix it. Then I ordered BBQ strips and paid for an extra ranch, but received 0. The most recent was a Mix & Match and they only gave me half of it. The only way to attempt to get a resolution is to call or visit the store. The surveys are useless and there is no way to reach corporate. Talking to the children that staff it isn’t going to be useful, so I dispute the transactions and have them charged back to DQ. Apparently the franchise owner doesn’t care enough to fix it and corporate doesn’t care enough to give customers a way to contact them, so I will stop hoping they’ll improve and stop going there. If you decide to order from this location, be sure to thoroughly check your order before you drive off - they probably messed it up.
Response to your reply: A link that literally gives no options for contact is cute. You...
Read moreThis is the only Dairy Queen we ever seem to have consistent issues with. What is the point of having a drive thru if you have to have every single car pull forward and wait forever. We ordered online for pick up to avoid the poor person having to deal with listening to my children talking while trying to listen to what we want to order. We get there and get asked to pull forward, almost 15 minutes later every car behind us has gotten their food, mind you we have had our order in before we even got to the restaurant. They bring us our drinks and tell us our straws are in the bag we still have yet to get and don't get for another several minutes. The girl walks out, says nothing and hands us the bag and walks away. Not even a simple "sorry for the wait". Fast forward to getting home we realize we didn't recieve any of the dips we ordered and we paid the extra money to add a large onion ring to one of the meals and we end up only receiving like 5 onion rings in the meal. If we wait 20 something minutes for our food I would at least hope we would recieve everything we ordered. This type of experience is almost every single time we go there and their food...
