Dunkin' — Restaurant in Rochester

Overall service was the worst I’ve ever received from any Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. It took 30 minutes in the drive through with one car in front of me. The workers barely said a word to me when I got to the window and paid for my order. When I finally got my order of a bagel with cream cheese, they chose to put less than a tablespoon of cream cheese on it. I’m very unhappy with the service, and the quality of food. I plan on never going back to this Dunkin’ Donuts. I’m normally pretty understanding because I’ve worked for Dunkin’ Donuts in the past, but this is absolutely absurd. 40 minutes in the Drive Thru line!!! That is absolutely ridiculous. Happens all the time at this location. Then get my order wrong as well only to have to go in and get the order corrected for another 20 minutes. Before it is asked why I would wait in the line that long, delivery truck was in the way of moving out of the line otherwise I would have. I probably would have been okay (because I have some serious patience) if when I complained at the window when I finally got there the employee cared or said sorry or anything. I was very bummed.. They didn't have a good day this day.. I usually never have a bad coffee from here but this summer every time I go to Maine to work I've stopped. Disappointed as usual this summer. My iced coffee was bitter & I didnt get what I ordered in it. I was on way to work an hour away & didnt have time to go back & get it made right.. I stopped at a different DD in Maine and it was perfect! I hope my local DD gets it right next time. If not, I'll just go somewhere else. 8 weeks in a row of bad undrinkable coffee & a lot of money...
