Rock Creek Pizza Shoppe — Restaurant in Rock Creek

Their white pizza used to be the best ever. About four months ago, something changed. I asked staff and the response was "we have not changed anything, the white sauce is delivered". I tried three times just to make sure I was not the part that changed and even had an ex Rock Creek person (moved to Florida) try it and she agreed that the taste was totally bland, something was missing. Tried the ranch which is a close second. 1st time good, 2nd time good but toppings skimp, third time ordered pineapple with pineapple as a 2nd topping as previously skimped. We stopped in tonight just before closing. We met Margaret, our pizza chef. Not only do you get the best pizza here, but the kindest service imaginable! Some people would want to get out at closing, but instead we had the pleasure of meeting someone who loves their work and life. Thanks for the kindness. She explained to us that it's the love she puts in the pizza that makes it so great....

This is the best pizza I have had in the past decade by far. Pizza is my favorite meal and this place by far is better than any in the tri state area.
