Pelican's SnoBalls — Restaurant in Rock Hill

So I pulled in a little before 1 and saw 2 women eating snow balls. The open sign was on but the other lights inside weren't. I awkwardly walked to the window and peeked in. Noone in sight. I went back to the car and told my husband. He said there's People with some over there.. so I asked if they knew where she went. One of them walked up with me and said she didn't know why the girl would turn the inside lights off. I went back to the car and told my husband. I almost just left but we sat there for a few more mins and then he walked up and she was finally there. I don't know where she went but she should have put up a note...

These people a trip, I ordered 4 SnowCones, even if I said the wrong SnowCone, which I did not.

The lady talk so low, you really can’t even understand what she be saying.

But when I looked back at my receipt today. They refunded me for 8 dollars and not my 12 dollars.

So y’all gone charge me $4 for a topping, that I didn’t even want?

That lady just kept trying to go back and forth with me, when all I wanted was the correct snow cones.

Coming from Louisiana, I'd recommend that you start giving a straw with every snow cone. Your production is a little slow to be standing in a hot 20 person line. You should also consider upgrading your snow machine for faster production. In Louisiana, most places now give you one size larger cup (order a medium get a large) but don't add a cone to it. This saves production times and is convenient for driving....
