Shrimp Boat — Restaurant in Rock Hill

Can kinda figure out best days to eat there depending who is breading and cooking. Makes the difference in 5 star and 2 star when the have right people you can tell they care about there job and what they do cause the food taste perfect. But when its someone who doesn't care batter falling off pickle could stick them back in a jar lol and other things will be stuck together in chunks like onion rings all one big clump. Pay people a little better and probably be able to keep ok employees most places don't pay least wage available couple dollars more an hour and I think both of yall would end up with twice as much in your pocket and end of day happy better employees and customers would pick up so much because of quality you could eventually fade out the buy one get one cause you would have so much business you would not need it. Yall could be full all the time . I know 75 people that are close to me that are just hit and miss customers that if food was consistent all time on Saluda and cherry that I know they would be there atleast 3 or more times a week imagine how many more people feel the same way. Super stingy people! I order $40 worth of food and did not receive what I wanted, I asked for extra seasoning multiple times and was rudely greeted by the employees in the front who were acting as if they had a problem that day… once I received my food I noticed nothing was correct and my food was cold and had not a lick of seasoning, I then called the store asking for the manager, again the employees were playing on my phone, I explained my problem to the employees and they rudely cut me off putting me on hold, I then called on my grandbabies phone to see if I’d get a different result, they said the manager was in the back and we’d have to be put on hold, after sitting on hold for 30 or more minutes a man finally came to the phone, he sounded like a white young man, I knew he wasn’t the manager because I’m friends with her, I then explained what happened and he was then saying since I’m disrespecting his employees he couldn’t help. I even check my receipt and it even said Extra Seasoning. Very disappointed and will not...

The service was excellent the people were very polite..I ordered the fish and shrimp plate it wasn’t really good.. The fish didn’t feel or taste fresh just wasn’t as tasty as I thought it would be.. they didn’t put hot sauce in the bag for me to put on the fish...They hand make the tartar sauce it was tasty.. My Shrimp was fried to hard but it was good..The hushpuppies were fried to hard also.. Only ate one of those.. The fries are good.. however, went with a friend and he ordered the Chicken drummets & fried baby shrimp those badboys right there are finger licking good...definitely ate a few pieces of his chicken..The brownie is really delicious.. not the best place for fish but the chicken & baby shrimp and brownie Oh and the apple pie is perfectly crunchy all the way til the last bite it...
