Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Rock Township

I ordered from the dominos at 1655 south old highway 141 on 6/12/21 at around 8:45pm. This order was for curbside as the all said the store was offering this service. Once my order was ready I pulled into spot 1 and hit the I’m here button. Once you do this a timer starts and after 2 mins it’s advertised you get a free pizza if your isn’t delivered. The time stopped after 15 seconds which I thought was fine here comes my food. I understand if a store is busy it could take longer. I then sat in my car for another 8 mins before I got out of my car went inside to ask about my food. I was told by a younger gentleman “oh sorry bout that we forgot and were to busy folding pizza boxes”. My main issue here is that 1 they stoped the timer because I’m assuming the store gets in trouble when they don’t hit the 2 min mark but then to get additude when I asked about my food. What if someone is handicapped and unable to get out to see what’s going on with the order when they followed all the steps on the app. The point of this review is it’s unacceptable to advertise something then when you mess up give someone attitude for asking about the food they passed for. 1/5 would recommend just ordering from another...

Experiences like these are why I wish that no stars was an option. I have given this location multiple tries and on almost every occasion they have disappointed but none more than this. I am willing to forgive an elongated wait due to the night before a holiday but two hours is ridiculous. Not only had I waited a ridiculously long time, not offered a refund for that fact alone and received a smashed pizza where half of the pizza was on the cardboard lid but was also met with a manager that was less than becoming towards my plight. This branch is just terrible. On a regular night you can find yourself waiting for 45 plus minutes to receive an order. If you can avoid using them, I suggest doing so. Shelling out a few more dollars for Imo's would be much better than paying patronage to a location that will on more than one occasion serve you a...

I ordered a 27 dollar large pizza and 8 chick.wings in order to have a convenient, and very good tasting pizza. For me, sausage on a 25 dollar pizza is a spurge too. My pizza came without the Italian sausage I ordered, however, still charged for sausage.

So with 3 dollar tip to the nice kid trying to earn a buck or two using his own car and gas, I spent 30 dollars for a not very big pizza that I really didn't enjoy much, and 8 chicken wings.

Next time, for 30 bucks I can get a monster size Walmart supreme pizza (even though I would rather support a local pizza place) that tastes excellent, and left overs, for 10 bucks, and twice as many wings, good ones too, all for less than twenty bucks. Save at least 10 bucks, and have 2.5 gallons of gas and go 70 plus miles in my car for the start of my work week... I will not order from the Fenton...
