Imo's Pizza (Gas Mart) — Restaurant in Rock Township

Worst service I have ever had. I placed an order to be frozen the night before. I got there and the pizza was half cooked and not frozen. Employees where very rude told me that this was the way I ordered my pizza. I paid for it made it 1/2 mile down the road and turned around went back in with the pizza. Told them they could cook the pizza all the way or male me a new one or give me my money back. The two women where rude I told them to just give me my money back. The sad thing is every time I come to St.Louis I get my pizza to go frozen from this place I will not go back to this one. Iwill order from Cape Gerardo...

We been going to this IMOs for a long time now. The service is always hit or miss. I can over look small things like attitude or the dismissive output. Its quite frustrating though when I try to pick my order up and the workers are all huddled in the back talking and messing around. Its also frustrating when we call to place a order for pick up to be told the location is closed even though the closing time is 10 pm. (We called 9pm) we even drove by and they seemed open to us... but that's okay we took our money some where else and they have lost returning customers. Its unfortunate since we went there...

It's a franchise, and the cooks well they don't make the food like its supposed to be made. They prepare sandwiches how ever they want to, like the roast beef its supposed to be put in beef broth and for three no longer than 2-3 minutes, but they don't they warm the roast beef for like ten seconds in the microwave and then put the cheese pickles and peppers on it. The meat in dry not moist.. and the broth is heated in the microwave if you want a side order of ajuo.. it's actually one of the easiest sandwiches to make.. They don't deliver and that really sux imagine all the money their...
