I never leave bad reviews especially to a place that I’ve been using for over 14 years and have literally spent 10’s of thousand of dollars and also a very very generous tipper to the delivery drivers!(if I put my address they would know) I only order from this particular Imos because they will do mozzarella cheese on my pizza instead of provel which I do not like and I’ve always gotten a their salsiccia and added roast beef and mozzarella..until this evening I asked for mozzarella on my salsiccia and the person on the phone said hang on and came back to tell me the owner said I couldn’t get it on my Sandwich I had to do provel but I could on the pizza. Which made absolutely no sense, I then proceeded to tell him I’ve ordered it that way for almost 14 yrs and never been told that nonsense and he proceeded to tell me that’s to bad the owner said no! So I politely declined the whole order and was completely blown away they wouldn’t allow it on the sandwich but on the pizza! I’ve been a loyal customer to that location for so many years and even had the owner brag to me once that I spent more money there than their average customer including telling everyone around here to order from that location as well! Unfortunately I will not be ordering from them anymore and will use a different location. Not sure that little extra mozzarella to throw on my sandwich was worth losing a very loyal customer! Good luck with any future business from me or friends and family as well they will be ordering from a different imos I assure you and I also feel sorry for your drivers because they’ll now be missing out on those 20+$ tips for dropping it off just 5 minutes down the road! It’s really sad that I even had to write this but guess they can save a lot of money on their mozzarella now that I won’t be ordering there anymore! They probably won’t be in business that much longer treating customers like that anyways! Always thought the owner was a really nice guy too …who knows maybe it’s under new ownership! Read moreRecently ordered for this Imos location with not a great experience. They were missing one of the items and offered to do a second delivery for the missing item. While I am happy that they did that, I also think that it doesn't take that much effort to do a quick double check that every item on the order is ready before the delivery leaves the location. It would have saved them a lot of time and they wouldn't have created a disappointed customer in the process. The second issue was that one of the pizzas was burnt to a point that it wasn't edible. The delivery driver claimed that that's normal for how they cook their pizzas and even some get it more done. I find this hard to believe as we've ordered from this location in the past and never had this issue. The other two pizzas were fine but the cheese did look to be over cooked than normal (not by much). I think they need to review their cooking times on pizzas hence the reason for is review. They did offer to remove the pizza from the bill which I was pleased with. All of the other items where to the standard that I'd expect when ordering from any IMOS location. If the owner does read this, I hope you use the criticism as a way to make your operation better. People pay a decent amount of money to order out these days, the least that any business can do is make sure that the customer is getting their...
Read moreWe used to order from here all the time and there was a mistake almost every time but enough was enough once we received a moldy cheese cake, so we stop ordering from the feidler location for a while and than tonight we decided to try it out again and once again they made a mistake giving us the wrong salad and charge extra for the dressing.I understand getting charged for extra dressing but getting charged for a dressing that should come with the salad is a little ridiculous especially when I got the wrong salad. I really wouldn’t care considering we spend over $50 each time we order but this time we asked them to please make sure it was right because we always have issues and spend $70 and they still miss it up. That was the Last time without a doubt I would rather order from a another location and go pick it up instead of dealing with mistakes every time.
