Imo's Pizza — Restaurant in Rock Township

Customer service is certainly not a priority here. It took awhile for us to be greeted. Then, I asked the employee if we could have a lot of parmesan cheese packets plus a few crushed red pepper packets, then I explained that we basically drown our pizzas in the parmesan, so we would like a lot. She placed a small handful of packets on top of our pizza boxes. (We ordered two 16" Deluxe Pizzas, a pepporoni pizza bread, and a garlic bread) I then asked if she could please put the packets in a bag so they are essier to carry, she seemed relunctant to obligue since she never smiled while assisting us or even spoke to us. I then asked, if she could please give us a lot more parmesan since we do have a large order and we do like a lot of parmesan. She looked at me and grabbed packets out of the box in front of her and shoved them in the bag. We left and once we were in the car, I asked my son if it was just me or did she seem unpleasant in general and even disturbed by me asking for a lot of parmesan? He said yes, she did act rather strange as if we had asked her to perform a difficult task. Once we arrived at our cousin's house, I removed the packets from the bag and realized she gave us a ridiculous amount of crushed red peppers but only 6 packets of parmesan cheese. I was shocked because she gave us the extras I had requested right out of the box in front of her which logically tells me that she knew that she was giving us the opposite of what we asked for... that was rude, ridiculous and inconvenient. I will not return here and would not waste my time again. The pizza was good though. Luckily, my cousin had parmesan at home so I did not have to travel back to that restaurant...

My fiancé filled out an application online due to them having a “now hiring” sign outside their business. He then called to speak to the hiring manager. The hiring manager told him to come in the next day for an interview. He got there and the hiring manager wasn’t there so a young girl spoke with him. She claimed she was doin the interviews that day but didn’t know he was even coming and didn’t have his info on hand that he had filled out. So she had him fill out a paper app. When he went back in to give that to her and start the interview she barely asked him any questions. He said he did most of the talking not her and that it was actually really awkward. Mind you, all the employees/managers are very young. So nothing was professional really at all. After the interview he felt offended. Just by how she talked to him and acted the entire time. My fiancé is African American. He said when he walked in the whole vibe was off already but he continued with the interview anyway because he needed the job. So the next day, he called to speak to the hiring manager again to let him know how awkward the interview was and wondering if he could just interview with him. The manager then said, “we are no longer hiring we filled the position” but yet the sign was still outside. Wow. Just wow. We will never order from...

Ever since the IMO’s pizza closed in Bentley Plaza in Fenton, we have gone to the High Ridge IMO’s. This review pertains to them. I am normally not a person who likes to leave a review in a negative manner, but I feel they kind of deserve it. In the last few times we have ordered from the High Ridge location, my 1/2 House salad, with extra cheese and two hard boiled eggs, and French dressing, has not come to my house that way. It has come very wilted with hardly any cheese and no hard boiled eggs and the wrong dressing, the latest being today. I called the first time and they told me they would give me a credit which they never did. I called today about this and the only way they would give me a credit is if I came back up and proved it and showed it I said well I’ll take a picture and send it to you and the girl says well I’m not gonna give you my phone number and I guess the manager or the owner is not there and that’s unacceptable customer service. We have been a big And regular customer of theirs for a long time, but not anymore and I told her that and he’s gonna recognize our name and he will be sorry. We will not be going there anymore.
