815 Kitchen (Grill & More) — Restaurant in Rockford Township

Ordered through Grubhub. Food arrived on time.

However, 1 of three drinks were missing, one drink was 1/3 empty, one pack of fries was missing, tzatziki sauces for both Gyros meals were missing, fries were soggy, and all food was cold.

Flavors were reasonable.

Thankfully GrubHub care team came through and quickly made it right.

I will definitely order food through Grubhub again, just not from Alize's.

UPDATE: Alize’s Management has replied to this message but I am unable to see a way to reply to that reply. I’m putting this update to continue the conversation.

To Alize’s management:

In reading other reviews, I see that the ones that are negative seem to be from those who ordered for delivery.

I would suggest that double check of the order before release To the delivery driver is in order.

A better method of packing the food would also help. For example, rather than all individual items placed in a paper bag, maybe a clamshell style container for each meal order.

As for the temperature of the food, I can imagine that some of that has to do with the delay in delivery which is difficult to control.

My family and I will stop in sometime to sample the food fresh from the kitchen.

Good food and good customer service. The owner great. I had a order that was automatically canceled when I placed the order online on their website. The owner explained to me, that problem will be fixed it doesn't show up for some odd reason on his end. For my troubles in waiting longer for the food to be made he took care me. Which was very nice for him to do. He apologized for the inconvenience of that order site. So I strongly suggest calling in your order or as he said you can do grub hub. He gets those orders, but I degress the food was good 👍 I do recommend if youre ever in the area or even if you live close by but...

Whole order was disgusting, when i picked it up the guy was very rude no customer service skills at all terrible experience. he put so much chilli on the chilli dog it was basically a aluminum foil full of chilli covering the whole chiilli dog it looked and tasted so disgusting had to throw it a way. moved on to the Philly cheese chicken sandwich it was also gross threw that away too. the cheese cake was also a no for me it was frozed and had ice on top which made it crunchy. the items are ridiculously over priced that place need to do better 0 out of 10 would not reccomend...
