Just got home from a road trip and looked for a quick local place and landed here. Ordered a large 14" cheese pizza for delivery and was told it was $22 + tax and I left a 3 dollar delivery tip. Got the pizza and the box was smaller than I was hoping. Cracked it open and it was mostly sauce....I measured it and it was only 12 inches. My wife then informed me the large was only $14 so I called. I was told the pizza was $14 but there was a $7 delivery fee for "out of town"....im 1 town over and wasn't even told about this charge. My information was given to the manager or owner and I was called back. I was explained the charges like I was a child who didn't understand what was going on and then I was told that the pizza shrunk when cooking. I paid for 14....not 12, your pizza shrinking is not my problem. The least they could have done was adjust my price for a 12 inch...but I was told nothing would happen.
Not going to recommend or return 🤷
EDIT
I got a phone call from Frank, one of the owners who was more than understanding of my issue and was more than happy to rectify the issue by hand deliving a new pizza and a 2 liter to me after hrs. It was very much appreciated and I let him know that several times over. The last thing anyone wants is to feel taken advantage of especially from a local business....

Coworkers and I went for lunch.( from right down the street) Some of us ordered there lunch specials, while others ordered sm pizza. 3 coworkers ordered the special 2 slices and pop for $7. While two in our group got there and the rest of us order sm pizzas and ate our lunch. The one guy who is African American never got his pizza! Which was 2 slices and his Pop! When asked several times to our waitress where it was she said it was cooking. Our group of 7, six of us ate. We had to ask for refills on our water and sodas. (They were not busy at all as we were the only group there) The two older women running the place never came out to apologize or offer any type of explanation as to why he didn't receive his 2 slices! We even texted the owner Frankie and still no reply!!! This is very unprofessional and We WONT BE BACK! WE WILL TELL EVERYONE INCLUDING...
Read moreGreat little pizza place right off the highway in a strip mall/center next to other businesses. Server was great and very polite. We had an enjoyable conversation after our meal with her( we were from out of state) and we talked about that and a few other topics along with how awesome the pizza and cheese garlic bread was. Family friendly with a few games available, although there was also another separate room for slots(21 & up only) and alcohol beverages on tap. We also visited the candy shop 2 doors down from Frankies pizza called Unicorn fluff where we sampled cookie dough bites and flavored popcorn. They also have ice cream, floats, slushes and more sweet treats. We recommend after getting some great pizza at Frankies that you visit thier neighbors candy shop. We left with several goodies from unicorn fluff for later along with our bellies full of Frankies...
