What a gem! We visited Plume during their soft opening with a group of friends and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. We sat on the outdoor patio, which has a wonderful ambiance – string lights, open air, and a secluded feeling from the traffic outside their walls. It was a beautiful summer night, and the patio made it even better!

The handmade pasta and craft cocktails are the stars of the show. Every dish was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were on point. I had the halloumi small plate and the Paccheri Pesto pasta dish, both bursting with fresh ingredients. My friends all raved about their dishes as well. There was something for everyone on the menu which admirably strives to be inclusive of multiple dietary restrictions. For an absolutely decadent way to end your meal, I can't recommend the Nutella Pot de Creme enough. Bliss!

We also couldn't resist trying a variety of Plume's craft cocktails. The drink menu was creative and interesting, and the bartenders were clearly passionate about their craft. The SSZ is bold, and beautiful. The Celery Root of All Evil is herbaceous and refreshing. The Ca-Peach? is sweet and downright delicious. We can't wait to come back and work our way through the rest of the menu!

The service was excellent too. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable, and they made sure we had a great night.

Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The menu had a variety of options and everything we ordered was outstanding. I am gluten sensitive, but I decided to step out of my comfort zone and try their hand-made lasagna, and I'm glad I did. Not only was the pasta outstanding, but I was also pleasantly surprised to find that I didn't experience any negative symptoms afterwards. In addition to the delicious lasagna, I also sampled their gluten-free hot chicken dish, and it was simply outstanding. The flavors were robust and satisfying, leaving me completely satisfied.
