I'll start out by saying, the customer service was wonderful. To feel invited and appreciated for being a customer is a wonderful thing. Second to that, there was a couple issues with the orde. First thing there should be parchment paper in the Styrofoam take out containers(for oils). I ordered a cheese burger, was not a huge fan .... I did order well done, but this was a tougher burger , reminded us of meat loaf. I ordered cheddar cheese and received American cheese, not a huge deal but detail is important. The French fries were actually very good, corn bread texture was great, but no flavor. The pulled pork had good flavor but was burnt. I can safely say the pulled pork could have been great but was dry and over cooked. Over all I wanted so badly to like this place because it's down the street, I could possibly give this try again in the future but not for awhile. The Pour House is a good spot for anyone who loves homemade American-style food served with a side of warm hospitality. The menu offers classic comfort dishes, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The breakfast skillet with gravy was hearty and flavorful, while the omelet and perfectly cooked potatoes hit the spot. Speaking of potatoes, they were a standout—crispy, golden, and seasoned just right. The coffee was another highlight complementing the meal perfectly with no need for sugar or cream. The friendly owner made us feel right at home, checking in to ensure we were enjoying everything. It’s a cozy, welcoming place that’s worth every visit!

Update: still love this place the Grinder for lunch will fill you up and the amount of fries is more than I can eat. Great place for the home cooked feeling and family...

Me and my husband’s family went to eat here with 17 people called a day in advance and they knew we were coming after my wedding to play pool shoot darts and have some drinks while we waited on dinner. This was the worse experience I have ever had at a restaurant or bar. No liquor license or pool table to start off then food was the worst and 8 people after over a hour still didn’t have food. It wasn’t editable at all, to top it off the ceiling started leaking down onto my 3 kids food. Then they still made us pay for the non edible food that came out and got dripped on. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Please don’t waist your time or money on this horrible...
