Went here on may 25th 2019, it was a horrible experience. We order two large vanilla shakes and a large butterscotch milk shake and a marshmallow malt and a cheese cake sundae and a unusual Sunday with blue raspberry. Got all of our stuff and guess what the butterscotch was a small so we went back up and said we ordered a large they said we'll make one. Waited for 20 minutes and went back up there to see what was going on and supposedly the girl with brown hair and glasses said she went it down as a small and said we have to pay the difference for a large after we had three milk shakes melt for waiting on the one that wasnt even being made so I told we shouldn't have to pay when it was her mess up so she didn't and made us one. But when we got it. It was just vanilla not butterscotch at all so I take it back and she said its loaded with butterscotch but it wasnt. On my way somewhere so had to stop to try. We read reviews, raving about cheeseburgers & ice cream. Both got double cheeseburgers with "everything " turns out it must no longer include "everything ". No lettuce or tomato? Read that in someone's review but menu does not indicate what it includes, my mistake to expect "everything "?Meat was tasty and good amount. Somehow "everything" is onions, few pickles & american cheese.Fries are delicious and not crazy on the salt. Better than McD but I haven't been there in 20 yrs. I went today and ordered a Heath banana split with pineapple on it and at first before I ordered I heard them messing up another ladies order. And they started to call me to give me mine and the lady didn’t realize it wasn’t for her and they let her walk away with it just to call her back and hand it to me. Which seemed so unsanitary with COVID going on.
