Tre'Vione's — Restaurant in Rockport

Service was great, has a very sweet young server who was very friendly and efficient. Unfortunately that was the only good thing, a toddler who's parents are the owners running around the diningroom while we ate, yelling and screaming and no adult supervising her at all! The waitress had to round up their child and she still wouldn't listen. Was told the food was "homemade" then overheard male owner telling a server to run to the local grocery store and get frozen chicken patties! The owner George was loud, rude and was acting as if he was some sort of God because he runs a garbage restaurant. To top it off a former employee and his mother came in to get his last check and we watched as this man George, tower over this boys mother and get in her face calling her horrible obscene word's! I couldn't believe a business owner had acted this way, he was screaming and spitting in her face! He's a very scary man who clearly shouldn't have teenagers working under him. Our one visit will be our last and we would never recommend anyone dining at such an embarrassment of a restaurant. Rockport is a nice family town where we really need more restaurants but clearly certain people shouldn't be opening a business here until they can get their behavior in order like an adult should. My family was in shock and disgusted that a grown man would act that way and would nearly assault a woman half his size. Total embarrassment...

Me and my family thought it would be a good idea to come to this place, boy were we wrong. We ordered a variety of things and the food was good, the service we got was disappointing. So as we go in there is a crying toddler running around, and it seemed like it was one of the workers baby judging on how they kept trying to get the baby to stop. Secondly, the server we had clearly didn’t get proper training, she seems like she was young but she did not have proper communication and she was not the most polite or enthusiastic about her job, she took forever to come wait on us even though they were not busy, maybe had one other table there, she finally came and asked what drinks we wanted then comes back almost 20 minutes later to get our food order. After we ordered I went to use the bathroom to wash up and the bathrooms are dirty and seemed like they have not been clean recently and properly. I come back and wait nearly 20 minutes and we still do not get our food yet, mind you they are not busy at all, we decided to call our server over and she says “were busy, the kitchen is working on the food soon” I moved on from that, then the food finally comes after ordering it almost 40 minutes ago, now the food was actually good, so I will say that but the atmosphere and service was...

Small town friendliness and GREAT Cajun food are perfectly combined here. The staff are incredibly personable; they make you feel like they are waiting specifically for you to come and dine! The food is authentic Cajun fare and prepared fresh! The gator tail was amazingly good and the Jumbayala had just enough Cajun kick to enhance the flavor without trying to kill you in the process. It was an incredible balance of flavor and spice! I especially liked the respecful nod to our military with a "missing service member" table perfectly set as a quiet, sober reminder that our freedom is not free: some do not get to come home. This place is the perfect combination of "homey" and "unique." The portions are ample, prices are fair, the food is incredible, and the staff pull it all together expertly!
