Starbucks — Restaurant in Rockville

Giving this location one star due to the overwhelming amount of old, extremely RUDE customers that patronize this location. My 4 year old child sat at a table this afternoon only to have a gentleman tell him to “get up because that was his table”. I was unaware that Starbucks had assigned seating. When my four year old couldn’t get up fast enough, the gentleman told him he needed to “hurry”. I have NEVER in my entire life experienced so many rude, entitled, elderly people in one area. I have to say I am prejudiced because I am there justs about every day, but this Starbucks excels in every aspect. The baristas make you feel like you are a part of their family, the drinks are made efficiently and are delicious, they seem to be very well organized and it's a happy place to be. I am finally writing this because we were traveling recently and had some unbelievably horrific experiences at a couple of Starbucks on the highway so I wanted to give extra kudos to my favorite...

Love this store. Always friendly atmosphere. The barista, Elisabeth I believe, kept a conversation with me while making my drink, asking for my foam preferences and temperature, because I told her I had a long day ahead of me. She wanted to ensure my drink stayed warm throughout my day. She smiled and wished me a wonderful day. I hope her manager thanks her on my behalf.
