McDonald's — Restaurant in Rocky Mount

Went there tonight and asked for the 2 for $5.00. Was told “we don’t have that anymore”. Sign clearly states 2 for $5.00 “we do not have that anymore”. Asked for a Big Mac meal, but if the fries can be subsituted for time bacon cheese fries, and was told “no we cannot do that”. What can McDonalds do??????? Got my food, and the burger is burnt. Fries were freshly put down, and was told fresh fries are coming up. Watched the entire process, and when I got the fries, they were cold. I had to get my own receipt, and when the bag of food was given to me, was told “have a nice day”. I would if I had my cup. This is getting old, and this is not the only McDonalds that has lazy employees not willing to do their jobs. I used to love eating at McDonalds until they got lazy. It suppose to be a fast food restaurant not you will get the food when we want to get it for you. I grew up eating McDonalds for years cause it was a friendly family business. I cut back from eating there cause of the super super super slow svc, and after watching the movie The Founder of how it was born from the beginning, I completely cut my everyother day visits down to maybe once every 4 months (you have to watch the movie to understand). After tonight, I’m still not impressed, and not happy with the svc. This is definitely not the only one with issues. It’s 80% of the locations. It’s a trial and error when going to a McDonalds cause you don’t know what type of svc you are going to get...

Honestly wish I would have taken my phone in to take pictures. My friend and I stopped to get a bite because we were really feeling some McDonald's nuggets and we needed to use the restroom. We decided to do that first then order, but the bathroom was just... disgusting. They had two stalls and both were covered in various fluids and...well you know what number 2 looks like? Picture it smeared all over the seat and the back. Not to mention the floor felt like it had glue all over. We came out and asked the manager if it would be okay to use the men's if it was any better and explained the women's bathroom needed cleaning. A male employee was already on his way in and she asked him to look at it then walked back. We waited for 10 minutes for him to come back out and decided instead we would go to the food lion across the parking lot instead. Did not order food but honestly with how the two women in the back were yelling at each other I don't know that I would have wanted to eat anything...

You want to party 🥳 like it’s your birthday! Why? Because McDonald's is my kind of place. Hot 🔥 meals served with some delicious 🍟! Yeeeyaaaa! That's my kind of deal. Got what I needed by the Associates. On top of that, it was served with a Smile 😃. Felt so good when I was served, I dropped a tip to make that person day. Shared a few words to let them know why; then, got-on-up outer there to take down my meal. Woooodoggie, it's always good to demonstrate that you care and to show kindness to your fellow human. I lived it every day and I asked you to consider it too. Give someone close to you a hug and let them know you care.
