The last week of January I had just got over a horrible cold and finally banked an appetite for Pizza Hut so I decided to place an order carry out style. The person that placed my order was out of my first 3 choices!!!! Still craving pizza, I had to settle for a topping I slightly liked- for the cashier to give me the wrong pizza after waiting 25 minutes for carry out!!! I had to inform Other customers that they were out of primary toppings (pepperoni, sausage,...) because they failed to inform customers šš¼ prior to order!! I felt like I was helping because the staff didnāt inform us customers. Then the young lady with orange color in her hair kept mocking me and grinning while making my food!!! I felt uncomfortable so I informed the manager for her to say I will handle it-as the young lady was continuing making my pizza I said forget it! Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered delivery for me and my sister, and they forgot one of our wings. So I called back and told them that and they said they would send them back out. A good half hour went by, nothing. So I called again to make sure they didn't forget about the situation. The manager on the phone said she bagged up the wings and sent them out, so I just waited some more. We did eventually get them, but it was only because someone I knew was a delivery driver there, so we had to rely on them. Found out the store was being "skeptical" because I "always complained", even though I only did it twice for the exact same reason. Y'all burnt my food, so ofc I'm gonna say something. If y'all don't like complaints, maybe do your job right. I work for another pizza hut, and lemme tell you, it's not that hard.
Edit: Tonight, the driver gave me the wrong food, and they refused to give me a refund. So y'all won't give me a refund because of a mistake...
