Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Rocky Mount

The last week of January I had just got over a horrible cold and finally banked an appetite for Pizza Hut so I decided to place an order carry out style. The person that placed my order was out of my first 3 choices!!!! Still craving pizza, I had to settle for a topping I slightly liked- for the cashier to give me the wrong pizza after waiting 25 minutes for carry out!!! I had to inform Other customers that they were out of primary toppings (pepperoni, sausage,...) because they failed to inform customers 👉🏼 prior to order!! I felt like I was helping because the staff didn’t inform us customers. Then the young lady with orange color in her hair kept mocking me and grinning while making my food!!! I felt uncomfortable so I informed the manager for her to say I will handle it-as the young lady was continuing making my pizza I said forget it! It starts with my pregnant wife saying don't order Pizza Hut they always mess up or take to long . But I had faith they would pull through this time . I was so wrong . I ordered at 6:19pm they said it would take a hour . 7:44 pm rolls around 4 kids in the house going crazy for pizza So I call back when they answer they tell me they at not taking orders till 8:30 I say but I already order and the girl tells me that my pizza has not left the store yet but it's next to go out . So now I know that my food has been sitting in the hot box for well over a hour since it only takes 15 min to go through the oven . I ordered delivery for me and my sister, and they forgot one of our wings. So I called back and told them that and they said they would send them back out. A good half hour went by, nothing. So I called again to make sure they didn't forget about the situation. The manager on the phone said she bagged up the wings and sent them out, so I just waited some more. We did eventually get them, but it was only because someone I knew was a delivery driver there, so we had to rely on them. Found out the store was being "skeptical" because I "always complained", even though I only did it twice for the exact same reason. Y'all burnt my food, so ofc I'm gonna say something. If y'all don't like complaints, maybe do your job right. I work for another pizza hut, and lemme tell you, it's not that hard.

Edit: Tonight, the driver gave me the wrong food, and they refused to give me a refund. So y'all won't give me a refund because of a mistake...
