It's a shame that I'm leaving a one star rating only because I have been a very regular customer here for almost 10 years, like ordering multiple times a week, every week. 9 time out of 10 when I order from here there's a problem, usually the dough on our deli boats is completely raw inside, this happens at least half the time. We rarely get our Italian dressing with our subs, toppings are so sparse on the boats now your lucky to get a single slice of salami and ham, if that. Most of the time we have to pick all of our toppings off of one half and put them on the other half just to make one decent half sandwich, it's really ridiculous. Then paying an extra dollar per topping and you get home and there's one small slice only. The boats are already half the size they used to be, but really all you are getting is a piece of dough with nothing on it. Nearly every time we order a salad and request something not to be on it, it's on there anyways. It's just not worth the complete waste of money and time anymore. I called and complained a few times this happened and the people there are so rude and unhelpful it's ridiculous, like you screwed up, don't act like it's my fault! It's so bad I don't even call anymore when we have a problem because we have problems so often I would need to call every time. I don't know what's so hard about making people's orders the way it's supposed to be! The ONLY saving grace this location has is an employee named Sarah, we keep ordering hoping she's working because she's amazing, she actually makes the food the way it's supposed to be made, however anyone else making it screws it up or deliberately puts zero toppings on our subs. I can't count how many times I have gotten home to see a skimpy sub with nothing on it, raw inside, no dressing, wrong toppings, etc. One night I complained and the manager refused to talk to me because they were busy, so I went up to the store and asked for a refund, our subs we're so raw they were inedible, she was rude and downright hostile about it, I don't know why it's so hard for this location to keep any good employees. I have spent thousands of dollars here, and we really do love the food when it's made right, otherwise we wouldn't put up with getting atrocious service and food the majority of the time. But from now on unless I'm sure Sarah will be making my food I'll drive further to a different location rather then keep flushing money down the toilet on this mess! The owners need to clean house and monitor their store better, you are losing very long time big spending customers who are your bread and butter due your employees...
Read moreMe and some of my coworkers decided to get some pizza, since where We work jets caters to our job twice a week and always runs out of pizza we decided to place our own delivery. THINKING we would receive our order. If only it was that easy. I call around 6:00 pm placing our order very simple so I thought..... A guy answers the phone saying thanks for choosing Jets how can I help you I replied may I place A delivery order this was the only thing he was willing to do for me he response sure what is the address I gave him the name of the company we work for. Then he cuts my off after telling him then places me on hold. Ok no big deal then comes back on the line to only say ur order is already done. Before I can explain to him that that's someone else's order he cuts me off and places me on hold again. Then picks up the line again and tells me I cants order. I simply ask why and was trying to tell him again that's not my order but yet yes! Yet again he puts me on hold then a few moments later comes back on the line a third time and hangs up on me. So I simply call back agin because my co-works have no clue what is going on and is expecting a pizza at lunch. It was the same rude ass guy! I tell him I'm calling back because he hung up on me then he tried to put me on hold again! I told him NO! I placed my order LG BBQ chicken thats all. I asked for it to be delivered at 7:25 it was only 6pm lots of time I thought. Doesn't ask me for my name didn't read me back my order. Didn't try to up sell or anything I was planning on paying with a credit card but he slammed the phone down In my ear. A delivery driver calls my cell at 6:40 saying he was here. I can't just walk off my job. And I explained my story to the driver he was very polite at first told me he would take it back and remake it then bring it to us at 7:25 I was happy he was great. But then it's our brake. We all walk to the lunch room. Our order wasn't here yet ok we will just wait it should be here soon we were thinking! NO! 20 min. AFTER! Our lunch I get a call telling me our pizza had arrived! 😡 😤 I told him I can't Our lunch was over 20 minutes ago. He said so U don't want UR pizza NO my lunch was 20 minutes ago! So what does he do. The JETS way and hangs up! 🖕🏼 I'll NEVER order form jets in Romulus ever again! I'll call Belleville! Where I know the pizza is made better! Where the drivers can tell time and the staff...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars for this location, I would. Horrible customer service, and it's unbelievable a company would allow it. I ordered a XTRA Large Pepperoni/Mushroom, Extra Crispy pizza at 8:05pm. I was told it would be 45 minutes to 1 hour. Great. The gentleman on the phone asked if the phone number I am calling from would be the number that they could reach me at and I said yes. Great. Well 1 hour later, no pizza. I went down into the lobby, called this "establishment" at 9:20pm, and before I could even get a word in they said "We're Closed". Well, according to everything on the internet, they close at 10:00pm, not 9:20pm. Luckily I was able to get a word in before he hung up, and I told the gentleman that I was calling about an order status update. The gentleman on the phone said that the driver called me multiple times and I did not pick up, and that he left and the order was voided. I recevied no calls at the number that was left when I ordered the pizza originally, and that was indeed true as I talked to the women at the front desk in the lobby, and she told me a man walked into the lobby with a pizza, with no name, and all they had was a phone number with the wrong area code/city. So it appears to me there was a mix up in phone numbers and the wrong one was being called this entire time. Why wasn't the pizza left in lobby at the front desk? Why wasn't there a name on the pizza? Why didn't you ask for a room number? Why did you have the wrong phone number when you took the right one down from the start? There was no apology, and there was no, "let us make it right". However, I did get a "you didn't answer when we called and we voided the order". It's hard to answer a phone call when the number being called isn't the correct one. I would've thought at 9:20pm, 40 minutes before close, that this would've been made right. However, they told me that they were closed when they actually close at 10:00pm. There were a lot of wrongs here, and no rights. If you want proper customer service that is right, I insist you...
