Arby's — Restaurant in Rootstown Township

Been buying food for years here when there's a coupon they never want one they just honor the deal so today I got coupon in mail went and ordered a Reuben for 299 and 2 for five sandwiches well first they wouldn't let me have a chicken ( on special 2 for 5) and a beef n cheddar ( also on 2 for 5 they wouldn't let me I mean what's the difference so I ordered one Reuben they charged me 599 ,one beef cheddar 499 and medium fry came to 11 dollars cuz I didnt bring a coupon that I never bring but obviously I knew of the deals because I said something the girls response was she never honors a deal without a coupon, it's only a couple dollars but it's the principle of the thing, they shooting themselves in the foot because I only have one set of coupons so piss me off today because I didnt bring the coupon or use the coupon and not go back because I used my coupon and dont have anymore....good...

I ordered a market fresh Turkey and Swiss sandwich today and realized as they were making it that the employee making the sandwich was not wearing a mask. I told the person at the counter I did not want the sandwich because the employee was not wearing a mask, which is a violation of Ohio’s COVID19 business guidelines. He brought it to the attention of the manager who yelled for the employee to put on a mask. She said nothing to me. He ran and got a mask and put it on under his nose. I told them immediately that I wanted my money back. The manager refunded the money with no apology. The young man who took my order was very pleasant and apologized before I left. I do not have confidence that the manager is enforcing the mask...

staff was very unorganized. We ordered 5 roast beef sandwiches and the counter person packed them into a bag and walked away. They said in the back for literally 4 minutes before I could get his attention to give them to me. I ordered fries on a second ticket and asked for them to be made fresh. The employee took them out of the grease when done and walked away! Several minutes later I asked for my fries to see that those were mine. I also had to ask for my milkshake which they had forgotten to make. It was basically foam so I asked if a new one would be different and they said no. So I asked for a pop cup. I got the cup, but no apology. It was just disorganized and poory run. I've been here before and it was great,...
