The food was not the best, but it had the WORST service I have ever had. We were seated quickly, and were brought chips immediately but they ignored us every time we tried to get drinks put in. 45minutes after being seated we were finally approached by our waitress for our drink orders. We waited another 20minutes to receive our drinks, half of the drinks were wrong. 25min after ordering food, we were told our orders were not put in but they are making it now. We tried to cancel our food and leave, but were told that it was currently being made. We asked for it to just be boxed to go. 20minutes later we received the food on plates. 2 orders were wrong. We showed up shortly before they were going to closr , but the people there were so very nice ! They got us our drinks and had no problem at all making us appetizers and dinners . Although we were the only people there , and they were ready to go home , they never made us feel rushed ! Everyone treated us like they were so happy to take care of us . The food was delicious ! And the man who took care of us even made us fresh guacamole . The only thing that wasnt great was the shrimp in the meals . It was cooked way too long and was nearly impossible to chew ! I wish restaurants realized that shrimp only needs exactly 3 minutes in boiling water to be perfect . Everywhere we go the shrimp is too tough to eat . Otherwise , it is a great place to go , awesome workers ! Just dont order anything...

A friend and I were visiting the area and decided to stop by on a whim after learning about an hour-long wait at Arnie’s West Branch Steak House. I’m so glad we did! The service was exceptionally polite and welcoming, making our experience truly enjoyable. I ordered the Chicken Bowl, and it was outstanding. The vegetables and ingredients tasted fresh.
