One of my favorite things to do is to take a short trip to the lovely little town of Rosebud, MO and stop in at Clancy's Marketplace. When I'm in search of the perfect dessert, it's here. The amazing layers of flakey salty-sweet pie crust is its own food group. Hands down the best strawberry rhubarb pie in the state and perhaps the best peach pie in the world. Sorry, Grandma. I stopped by this small but mighty shop over the weekend. I purchased a few items but my favorite has to be the blue cheese tomato walnut spread! It’s so good on anything. Chips, toasted baguette slices, the spoon. On a healthier side, celery, carrots and multi seed crackers. I might have to try it on a baked potato!
