Arby's — Restaurant in Roseburg

I am normally not a typical person that would complain, I myself work in customer service and with that being said. We just experienced the worst service ever. We got refused service because we asked to remove the ranch and lettuce off our sandwich. They told us were only allowed to take one item off our sandwich. Since we said you can put it on the side, the shift manager said uhh if your going to tell me how to do my job then you can go. So we asked if she wasn't taking our order, she said you can pull through. We asked for corporates contact info they refused. We went to the window they wouldnt open the window. My husband left the car in drive thru and walked inside to get the contact info talked to Ralphie Fals "operation manager", he then said they would serve us. As my husband walking out doors to come back to the car the shift manager is making comments and yelling saying she's not serving us. My husband get back in the car Ralphie comes to the window to tell us since we threatened them they were refusing service. Yes were mad becuase were getting told we can't order food that we pay for without items on it. They only thing that was said to be a threat was to call corporate. We only put 1 star to be able to write a review. If 0 was an option that would have been it. As I read a few reviews I would say this shift manager shouldn't have a job there anymore or maybe train her with better customer service. Ralphie did provide us with the corporate number after all this hassle, by the way we went to Carl's Jr next to it and had great customer service provided us with what we wanted on...

Walk in and front cashier was very nice. I had a blt wrap that was great, I also ordered mac n cheese which was on the sour side, could just be my tastebuds. UPDATE... I have only been to arbys two times, one as a kid in my state of California and 1 time in reno Nevada in 2009 and disliked it both times. I decided to try arbys here in roseburg at the loves gas station and I have been there 4 times, I went again tonight and I must say all four times have been nothing but exceptional! The entire staff is friendly, welcoming and eager to take your order. I've tried the chicken wrap, fish sandwich and the French dip with Swiss and I have enjoyed it all. They have excellent crinkle cut fries but last 2 times they have been very undercooked, but I just put them in my toaster oven to better cook them.

I love their 3 spice sauce as well as the horsey sauce which are tasty.

Apparently they get the bus load of people traveling and they are very well prepared and announce it to the kitchen.

Every time I go to this Arby's they get my order wrong. Last night I'm we ordered 3 classic beef and cheddar sandwiches. I looked to make sure there were 3 sandwiches in the bag. Got home and it was two roast beef and 1 classic cheddar. Last time they forgot the fries. It is litteraly every time we go they get the order wrong and half the time they give no receipt. I really need to start calling in excuses my now I would have probably 6 totally free meals saved up by now and could eat for free off all their mess ups. I shouldn't have to park, go threw 3 bags of food laid out all over my car just to insure I get the right food, only to have to get out of my car and go inside to fix their mess ups.
