HAIR IN TACO** Just so everyone knows, I found a long body hair in my taco at the Taco Bell in Green OR. Perhaps it wouldn't bother me as much as it does except for the fact they had messed up my order beforehand and when I asked that it be corrected, one of the corrected items had a 2 inch hair in it which makes me feel that perhaps it was done purposely. Not only that, but they also had not corrected the price difference between the items and owed me a few dollars which they did not give me at the drive thru. So I took my food back into the store and asked for a full refund which I thought was reasonable considering I hadn't had a single bite of the tainted food items. I even showed the manager the hair and she refused to refund me my entire order and told me she'd only refund me one taco because only one taco had a hair in it. The manager also refunded me the price difference between the items (once I informed her that the drive thru girl neglected to do so (that was the only reasonable response I actually received from the manager) There is no way I trust their food any longer and there is no way I am going to eat the rest of this tainted food. I felt it fair to warn everyone about the service you may receive at this location and how they deal (or not deal) with the mistakes they make. Had they refunded me the entire 14 dollars and taken their tainted uneaten food back, I would not have written this review but now I feel an obligation to warn everyone about this location as they can't be trusted to give even remotely reasonable service to their customers....(nor clean and untainted food for that matter.) What they don't understand, is that, in this day in age, when you have a large online following and know your way around social media, it is easy to inform hundreds of thousands of people all at once. I am also in every single social online platform in the douglas county area with thousands and thousands of members. I could get the word out about your location to everyone in this ENTIRE area ALL at ONCE on facebook. Now, don't you think that is a steep price to pay just to put hair in my food and then to be stingy about money and refuse to correct your mistakes? The loss in customers will end up costing you infinitely more than 14 dollars.
I have the receipt right here. Order #315827.

Read moreI frequently this taco bell enough to know the entire menu by heart and most of the employees as well , today I was greeted with such disrespect I feel obligated to say something here as well as the cooperate complaint I did make. This young female who I have not seen before aggressively told me as I made my order that I needed to “ slow down “ I drove to the windows only questioning why she was so rude but gave her grace about not understanding me in the pouring rain at 6:56 pm on 9/8/25. I then arrived at said window and handed her a $20 bill that she inappropriately snatched right out of my hand. Out of shock I patiently waited for her to return to ask for her name to make a complaint to her manager when I arrived home. After I politely asked her name she refused and told me “ bye “ as she waved , smiled and smirked. As a manager myself I was absolutely baffled at this treatment so I knocked on the window and waited for a response to which I got ignored by 3 females within eyeshot. I refused to leave at this point and wanted to speak to someone professional and I was approached by a lady who said to be the manager and I asked for her name again to make a cooperate complaint at this point and she responded with “ well I know her name “ and she did not ask what happened. I went on to tell her about this unbelievable treatment and I come here extremely often and appreciate what they do dearly and have never had an issue prior and that she needed to be addressed and handled properly and the manager barely acted as if it was a big deal , did not apologize or anything. I don’t expect the upmost respect from a taco bell employee but I do expect to be treated with human decency as I am paying for a service. Accountability is key when it comes to these young workers , I fear her future in customer service will come to an unfortunate end when she does this to the wrong person and these situations escalate further than what I took it too. Corrective action is very much needed here in employees and management and I highly encourage anyone who has or had the same experience I did to record and write complaints to the bigger part of the company where I know accountability...
Read moreWe have come to this Taco Bell since it first opened. The first few times we ordered, there was missing food or wrong items and we had to drive back to pick up the food we paid for, and I know when businesses first open they have to train their employees and it takes a few weeks to get in the groove of things, so I didn't think much of it, especially since we have a large family and have large orders They've been open for a few months now and still they're getting the orders wrong and the customer service has gone way, way down. Today, my husband went to order for our whole family in the drive thru, like we usually do, and he was told by the manager on duty that his order was too big and he HAD TO COME INSIDE. So he went inside, and waited for 30 minutes for them to complete his order. He watched as several customers in the drive thru and walk-in received their orders first, even though he had ordered before them, all while the employees were huffing and puffing about having to do a large order. I'm talking about seven chalupa boxes, all the same meals, and one taco without lettuce for my son! I used to work in fast food and do large orders in the drive thru all the time, and this shouldn't have been that stressful. Also, when you get large orders in the drive thru, you don't tell customers that they have to come inside, you tell them there will be a wait and to pull into a parking spot and you'll bring it out to them. There's a reason why they didn't come inside in the first place. And then, to act like placing a large order provided such a disservice to them! Since he ordered through the drive thru, they made the drinks for him, and apparently they had run out of Pepsi, and instead of asking what he wanted as a replacement they gave him Baja Blast, and by that time he had already been waiting so long that he didn't want to spend more time fixing their mistakes. Obviously, we will not be coming to this Taco Bell anymore 😒, but luckily there's another one about 10 minutes away in Roseburg that has always provided excellent customer service and never gotten our...
