Rating pho is like rating a cheeseburger, everyone likes them different. I will say I stumbled across this place when I let Google find Pho places near where I was and it had 5-stars. When I pulled up, I was a bit disappointed to merely see a food-truck. I usually never order takeout pho not even taking my leftovers home. There is just something about eating scalding hot broth in a porcelain bowl. Already in the parking lot I decided to give them a shot. They immediately asked me if it was my first time and then offered me three samples of different broth. I chose the beef with herb because it best matched that deep flavored broth I associate with pho. After a few minutes of prep time, my did was ready. While I was waiting I read a sign on the window stay "we do not accept tips". When it was ready to pay I of course asked if I could to. Their response was they only wanted me to enjoy and associate them we quality did and service. For all the above reasons this is an easy 5-star. Oh.. The quality, portions & flavor of their food are all TOPNOTCH! I am so glad I tried them out. You should, too! Their Butcher’s King Grilled Beef Short Ribs is out of this world! My wife had the Beef Supreme Noodle Soup w/ Beef Broth and it was phenomenal. Their oxtail is really a good size. You can really see that it is an oxtail and not some little thin slices that other restaurants serve. On top of that, their service is so great. The hospitality is impeccable. We felt so welcome. They made time for us to sample & understand their food. They refuse to accept tips, too! Yet, this is one place that deserves all the tips in the world. But they kept on saying that we just enjoy our food. In fact, the tip feature of their credit card is disabled. You just pay for the food. No wonder a lot of our friends highly recommends this place.
