If I can give this place a zero I would give it a zero. It took one bad experience by today to really just drive it completely to a zero. This has happen to me 4 times now and seeing that this is a management issue it won't be getting resolved anytime soon. I have talked to two different managers and both blow me off🤔 with the " Don't waste me time" face.

When bringing up a complaint the manager straight out argues with you instead of listening to find a solution. Just because I’m not white she is very defensive and confrontational. I’ve noticed this when other customer order that are Hispanic, Black other she is very short, moves them out quick. When it’s a white person she smile and takes her time.
