Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ross Township

Honestly this location is really a hit or miss it depends on the day and the staff working there is a young gentleman with very short red hair that is fantastic at his job and there is a manager on-site rarely that is very kind and nice I go here almost daily on my lunch half hour from the warehouse next door and the other day when I went there was a young lady was super long eyelashes that said it was only her and someone else working but she made me wait almost my entire 30-minute lunch break in the Drive-Thru and I told her that is unacceptable very politely and she looked with an attitude at me like she did not care and she just said "well it's me and one other person working". Regardless, that is still unacceptable for fast-food wasting people's lunch hour or lunch 30 minutes. Well, today I was at work next door in the warehouse and I went for my usually quick bite to eat abd they had the doors locked to the restaurant! (This is quite common, not sure why if it is during the day?) Anyway, there was nobody answering the drive thru speaker box, the restaurant was locked and there was an upset man at the window where nobody was answering him, he was filming with his phone and saying how they took his order online and his money for that location but the restaurant was locked and nobody was there. DURING BUSINESS HOURS!! So I went to the door and there appeared to be someone in the restaurant hiding that moved out of view but the doors were locked and they were not answering the drive thru window or ordering speaker. Did not seem busy when we entered. However we were not greeted or acknowledged when we walked in. After waiting a few minutes we decided to use the kiosk which was easy to to understand. However while we were waiting we could hear the employees screaming at each other, profanity was easily heard. There was a you g family waiting to have their order taken and they were never acknowledged and with you g kids they probably didnt want their children hearing those words and they left. And while we are still in a pandemic with mask mandates. Two employees were not wearing masks, others were not wearing them properly. Only one was seen wearing his mask properly while he was the one making food. The lobby was relatively clean, tables looked nice though the floors around the tables could be swept more. There were also cook gloves in the middle of the lobby. As for the food, it came out within ten minutes which is reasonable and was made properly however my quesadilla was too drenched where when picking it up out of the bag the sauce drenched through the quesadilla wrapping and into the bottom of the bag. It was a mess to eat. But tasted amazing. Id recommend to inform the employees that what they say in the kitchen carried through the entire restaurant. This was more of a review on the employees because it is the employees that make great impressions for the restaurant that then make customers want to come back.

Let me start off by saying WOW! If my manager ever spoke to one of our guests that way she would be terminated immediately. I dont know what happened to the customer service industry, but I know that when you place an order at the speaker and the cashier says your total to please pull around it should mean your food order has been placed and the kitchen is working on your food.

But at this particular location on this paticular night, the manager we shall call "T" and her drive thru cashier decided that tonight was there night to not care about anything. And what makes it worse is when my wife asked for corporates number, the manager stated she didnt know the number?!? Now if this is true than shame on the store manager, however i know for a fact that managers are trained and given all the tools they need to handle a customer complaint. So that was bogus.

Also when the 24 tacos that we ordered fell out of the to go boxes on to my wifes lap, the person we call "T" stated "That taco bell's boxes are a piece of garbage!"

I just wanted to leave this review for anyone that may be hungry or weary from a hard day of work, to maybe choose a different taco bell, otherwise you may be the next person to write a review of this nature....
