Dogg's Ice Cream & Bites — Restaurant in Rossford

Just got Dogg's for the first time since I used to work there as a manager. Honestly very disappointed with my whole experience overall. Ordered a milkshake, a personal pizza, chili cheese fries and a rootbeer float. My boyfriends rootbeer float was good but my milkshake came out completely undrinkable and they thankfully remade it. The milkshake left a weird after taste in my mouth so I only drank half of it. The kids claimed it was a step up from tofts brand but I don't believe it because in my opinion it tasted worse. The kids working were entirely rude while ordering and complained saying "If I get one more food order I'm going to off myself" and my favorite after waiting 17 mins for nasty chili cheese fries was "I told her already that we're making it fresh" in a rude voice as if I had complained or said literally anything about the fries which I stood and waited silently. The kids were also just standing around whispering stuff about me and other customers they had that annoyed them. Why do you guys work here then? How do you guys hate your job so much after not even a month? Then after the 14 minute mark of waiting they said they had just put them in the oven again. The pretzel bites were not cooked at all and was completely doughy and I let my boyfriend eat them. His personal pizza was exactly the flavor of a 7/11 pizza for 5 dollars, Comes with 5 pepperonis. For 7.99 I can get a small pizza from anywhere else and be happy. I'm not sure why it took so long or why the people working there are so rude but I believe this will be my last time trying Dogg's. With a glorious Smoker to make delicious Meat-Centric food and enough options to make most ice-cream treats you can think of, Dogg's can satiate just about any craving. Good prices and fast workers make it an easy call to take the family.
