J-Cups Pizza — Restaurant in Rossford

Re-reviewing to reflect my last two visits.

I love jcups. I really do. They’re quick, cheap, and close to home. But the last two times I have been there have been an awful experience.

2 times ago - I ordered a large pepperoni bacon pizza.. I got a large cheese pizza.. I ordered a cheese mini muncher.. I got a mini muncher with one big bubble in the middle.. I ordered a mini cheesy bread.. it was extremely undercooked and doughy. I called up to the store and was assured that the items would be credited to my account and that next time I order there would be no charge if I ordered those same items.

This last time - I called in and placed an order. I found out that whoever I spoke to last time absolutely did NOT credit the items to my account and I had to pay full price for my items. When I got there to pick the pizza up they had completely forgotten to make one of the three items so I had to sit there while they made it which defeats the whole purpose of me placing an order to be ready when I get there.

Like I said, I love this place and love supporting small business but I never have any of these problems at Marcos, beer barrel, or any other competing business and I feel like the problems aren’t worth it when I have a hungry family waiting at home. I also do not typically leave negative public reviews but I feel as though I was not taken care of fairly and spent money I shouldn’t...

Ordered some pizzas for pickup since we had never had this place before. We walk inside the store and there were already about 8 other people inside waiting for their food. They literally only have 2 chairs in their "lobby". They have some arcade machines and a vending machine but everything is out of order lol. Once all of the customers in front of us were taken care of of, we wait a little longer when the dude behind the counter brings our food and tells the cashier guy to take care of us and this dude literally took 2 random walk in customers before letting us grab our food. Let me just say I was irritated beyond belief. We were standing at the counter and straight up ignored. Pizza was greasy and cold and the pb&j pizza we ordered looked like they put the peanut butter on about 5 days ago. Crazy cause we stood in the lobby for about 20 minutes for a "hot " pizza. Won't be back and don't recommend. $50...

I ordered 1 large pepperoni pizza the other day from here. On the phone they told me it’d be a 30 minute wait. Well I showed up about 25 minutes later and they again told me it’d be about another 10 minutes. Well 15 whole minutes after that and I finally get my pizza.

I ordered a pepperoni but got a cheese pizza. Didn’t notice til I opened the box at home. It was also room temp almost cold like it sat around for awhile. When I called them to tell them about it they said there was nothing they could do and I “should’ve checked in the restaurant to make sure it was the right order” which shouldn’t be my job to do. It should be the employees.

So I got the wrong order, had to wait 40 minutes for it, and it was cold. Oh and if you’re using card they add a $3.50 “conscience fee” to all card payments. They need to hire staff that knows what they’re doing and can handle cooking and selling pizzas. I...
