Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Rossford

Usually this wouldn’t be an issue that I make a review on.

Today I ordered delivery because I am sick and didn’t want to cook or leave the house to feed my family. The driver drops off the food, I tip him on top of the delivery fee I’m paying.

I go inside and realize that there’s no dressing packets for the salad, the lettuce on the bottom is brown and mushy, and the sauce I selected for my cheesy bread and then left a comment on the delivery app was wrong.

I drove to Marco’s which completely negated the $10 I just spent on delivery and the guy at the counter was in disbelief that I wanted a new salad. His first comment to me was “I can check to see if we have any others but they all look like that. So you might have to wait 10-15 minutes for us to make a new one. I waited 20.

I’ve worked in food business before. If I had served rotten food to a customer and forgot 2 additional items I wouldn’t stand there puffing my chest out at them, I’d be making things right...

This is the worst and most unprofessional business of a lifetime. They constantly have you on hold and if they do happen to answer before waiting 30 minutes for them to just take an order, then they answer with an attitude and serious disrespect. Then you are going to either get told they don't deliver to your house that they have delivered to many many times before or you will wait 2+ hours for them to cook the $30+ worth of food and deliver it on a non-busy day. This place is just trash anymore, my family and friends and neighbors will not return to this marcos again....

Over an hour wait for our delivery. .. I had to call them to see what was up. .. She said she had multiple deliveries and one driver... No one else could get into a car and drive? No-one could call us and give the option to come get it... She told me that our food has been done for awhile and just waiting for the driver to get it. . She didn't know where her driver was or when he would be back to the store... At the end of our convo she offered us a free sub but that doesn't seem like enough since I know I'm waiting over an hour for cold food now. .... Ugh Marcos....
