China One — Restaurant in Rossville

Trash food for a trash neighborhood. I'm working on a rental property and this was the closest restaurant. First of all, they advertise a lunch special - but you don't get that. You get a dinner special for about $11 at 12 noon. The food made me really sick and had to stop working. Today I have the Hershey squirts. Got the General Tso's chicken. It did not taste like chicken, despite advertising spicy it was overly sweet. General Tso's chicken should not have any hint of sweetness. The fried pork rice was off. The egg roll was a spring roll. And there is no drink.

My main concern is how can they serve food like this that would make people sick? My guess is it's right next to the Goodwill, so what ever get's donated to the goodwill gets served at this place. Ya'll leaving 5 star reviews probably strengthen your stomach by drinking that Baltimore city tap water or it's messing with your judgement. I would...

Placed an online order 2 hours ago. Called the store an hour and 15 minutes after it was placed and was told by the "manager" that it was out for delivery. Called again few minutes ago and the "owner" said it was still sitting there "waiting for a driver"! She said the "manager" was 3rd party and had no idea what was going on in the store. He just assumed, with the time lapse, that it was on the way. After telling me "it wasn't her problem" and that she was "very busy and could not cancel me order", she hung up on me. I called and cancelled my order myself through the online company. I called the store back to verify my order was cancelled, she was very rude and proceeded to tell me there was nothing she could do and kept huffing and puffing in my ear. Needless to say, after being a loyal customer for over 8 years, I will not be going back. Horrible customer service and all around terrible experience....

Unfortunately I have never had the opportunity to try their food. It saddens me to say I never will. I ordered an order through doordash and the items were nothing like the pictures. I brought an egg roll and received egg rolls, amongst other things. My order was incorrect. I called them to rectify the issue and they proceeded to explain that the pictures on doordash were incorrect. Therefore, false advertisements. I called 3 times. The first time they transferred me over the manager and it went to voice mail. The second time I asked them not to forward the call and get someone to the phone because it goes to voicemail and they did it anyway. Finally, the third time someone actually helps.
