Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Rostraver Township

Order a hot and ready pepperoni nothing special, they said and I quote “are you sure you don’t just want a cheese we have cheese pizzas ready” I said no order and waited the 40 minutes watched them touch the pizzas and crazy bread with no gloves scratch there head touch their phone one young lady played with her hair twirling it and not one washed there hands just continue touching the food bare handed direct contact, then I got my pizza and they handed me a cheese pizza, again they have tons of cheese pizzas made and I ordered a pepperoni, so I asked can they take it back and make me the pepperoni and they stated since you waited awhile why don’t you just take the cheese instead and I once again said no I said before I don’t want cheese so waited again watched them be unsanitary, honest review yes I l still took my pizza I just worked 12 hours I’m hungry and tired and excepted the fate and didn’t want to sit around fighting for my refund after over an hour of waiting but absolutely ridiculous here and not my first time with an issue 🙄 but my first...

I walked in to place my order, and one employee was too busy wearing her headphones (girl with piercings), the other walked passed multiple times without saying a word (guy with braids). I rang the bell, and not a word. Another customer came in a little while later, and finally they answered my digging of the bell, to assist the other customer.. They weren't busy, and they seriously lack customer service skills. When I came back to retrieve my order 10 minutes later (as they instructed), both employees were completely ignoring the counter, and I waited about 15 minutes for the guy with braids to pull the pizza out which was already done the entire time. I worked at a pizza place just up the road, and my boss would've been so livid of I had ever blatantly neglected a customer like that. Always look at the counter, and keep track of pick-up times. Made an order using the app. The app said this was the closest location. But the actual drive seemed far away. Like driving out into the countryside. When I got there, I couldn't find the place because there was no sign outside saying it's inside the gas station. I go in and there's a handwritten sign saying they are closed. Lights off, no smell of pizza in the air, like they weren't open at all that day. And this wasn't late close to closing time, it was in the middle of the day. The app shouldn't be able to take your order or your money when the location isn't open. Or if something happened midway through, they should at least cancel the order.
